- fresh champignons - 0, 2 kg;
- Tom Yam pasta - 20 ml;
- sugar - 20 g;
- fish sauce - 40 ml;
- tomato - 150 g;
- coconut milk - 80 ml;
- lime leaf - 10 pcs .;
- ginger root - 20 g;
- galangal root - 20 g;
- Lemongrass - 20 g;
- fresh cilantro -100 g;
- lime - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
- Lemongrass wash. Pat dry with a napkin. Lightly tap on it with the handle of the knife. Cut into pieces of 1, 5-2 cm.
- Peel ginger and galangal. If you use only ginger, take 60 g. Cut each root into 4 pieces, cut into thin plastics.
- Pepper wash, cut in half, remove the seeds. Chop half the pod with a knife as finer as possible.
- Wash and blot mushrooms and tomatoes with a napkin. Cut the champignons into 6-8 pieces each, cut the tomato into the same number of slices.

- Cut the shrimp into several pieces.
- Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

- Put the pan on the fire.
- When the oil warms slightly, add onion and garlic to it, fry until golden brown.
- Put the tomatoes, squeeze lime juice on them, lightly fry.
- Fill the vegetables with water, bring it to a boil.
- Add the contents of a special set, cook for 10 minutes.
- Put the mushrooms and shrimp. Boil another 5 minutes.
- Add coconut milk, boil the soup for 5 minutes, remove from heat.
- Insist on a quarter-hour cover.

Composition:
- chicken fillet - 0, 2 kg;
- fresh champignons - 150 g;
- pepper paste - 60 ml;

- Lemongrass - 20 g;
- soy sauce - 20 ml;
- sugar - 5 g;
- coconut milk - 80 ml;

Method of preparation:

- Finely chop the peppers by removing the seeds from the pods.
- Mushrooms, washed and dried with a napkin, cut into plates.
- Squeeze juice out of half lime.

- When it boils, put lemongrass and ginger. Boil 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, cook for another 2-3 minutes.

- After 10 minutes, add coconut milk, mix. Continue cooking the soup for 5-10 minutes - until the chicken is completely cooked.

- Add more oil, reduce heat, then sweat for 5 minutes.
