Today we have an everyday, but very delicate version of meat in a gravy with ketchup. The ingredients are the most affordable, and the cooking process is not at all complicated. Ideal for both pasta and rice. Ingredients for cooking gravy with meat and ketchup:
- Pork - 300 g;
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs .;
- Onions - 1 medium onions;
- Ketchup - 2 tbsp. l .;
- Vegetable refined oil - 2-3 tbsp. L .;
- Salt, black pepper powder - to taste.
Preparation:
Prepare the meat - wash and dry with a paper towel. Cut the same pieces, cut the film, and do not touch the pieces of fat - so the gravy will taste better.
We slice the tomatoes at the base and blanch for 1 minute. We dip into the ice water and easily remove the skin. Heat the pan and pour in the oil. Put the meat into it and fry in parts so that the pieces do not touch. The liquid must completely evaporate and a beautiful crust should appear.
Pour the chopped tomatoes and onions into the pan and cook another 7 minutes until the onions soften.
Pour in ketchup and mix.
Stew, covered with a lid for 20-30 minutes.
If you see that all the liquid has evaporated, I have a little more damp meat - pour in some boiling water. The amount of water depends on what kind of gravity you want. The more water - the less thick will be the gravy.
