There is such a comic expression that national love is only for potatoes. Agree, it is not without truth. Everyone likes potatoes. Dishes from this root are prepared in all countries. Today, we will prepare a salad called “Potatoes in Chinese”.

You will need:

  • potatoes - 3-4 pcs. medium size,
  • meat - 250 g,
  • onions - 2 pcs. medium size,
  • carrots - 3 pcs. small,
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves,
  • Bulgarian pepper - 3 pcs.,
  • ground hot pepper - pinch,
  • salt - to taste,
  • vinegar - to taste,
  • tomato - 100 g (optional),
  • vegetable oil - for frying vegetables and meat.

1. Prepare all the ingredients listed above.

2. Rubbed potatoes on a medium grater. Fill with cold water.

3. Rub carrots on the same grater as potatoes. Fry in vegetable oil. Take out.

8. Put the potatoes in boiling water. As soon as the water boils again, we throw the potatoes back into a colander and rinse thoroughly in cold water.

9. Combine blanched potatoes, roasted carrots and gravy of meat, onion and pepper. Stir well.

10. We shift the finished salad into the dishes for serving and decorate the festive table with them.
