Ingredients:

  • Wash the duck and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut off excess fat. Cut the carcass into portions.

Ingredients:

  • duck - 0, 8 kg;
  • onions - 2 pcs .;
  • carrots - 1 pc .;
  • sour cream - 250 g;

  • garlic - 5 cloves;

  • water;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tsp. (optional).

Ingredients:

  • duck - 0, 8 kg;
  • cabbage - 400 g;
  • bulb onion - 2 pcs .;
  • sour cream - 250 g;
  • salt - to taste;

  • vegetable oil - 1 tsp;
  • cumin - pinch.

Preparation Method

  • Cut the treated duck into small pieces.
