The most common dish of minced meat are meatballs. They are made from chicken, pork, but the most delicious they are obtained from beef.

Beef patties are baked in the oven, fried in a frying pan, and steamed using a double boiler, mantovarka or a slow cooker.

  • The quality of the finished burgers depends on how carefully the minced meat is mixed.
  • Steamed cutlets do not need breading, but many housewives still roll them in breadcrumbs or flour before cooking.
  • So that the cutlets do not stick to the grill during cooking, they must be lubricated with vegetable or butter.
  • Beef cooks longer than chicken meat, and this should be taken into account when setting the steaming time for patties. To cutlets cooked faster, you need to pour only hot water into the multicooker bowl.

Steamed beef patties with sour cream in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • ground beef - 500 g;
  • bulb onion - 1 pc .;
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • egg - 1 pc .;
  • salt and black pepper - to taste;
  • garlic - 3 cloves.

Method of preparation

  • Cook the minced meat. If it is frozen, then it must be defrosted at room temperature. Put in a bowl.
  • Peel the onion and garlic. Grind in a blender.
  • Combine with minced meat.
  • In this same bowl, break an egg, add sour cream, salt and pepper.
  • Mince thoroughly by kneading until smooth.
  • Prepare a slow cooker. Grease the grill with vegetable oil.
  • With cold-moistened hands, separate small portions of minced meat and make round patties. Place them on the grill. Pour hot water into the bowl of the multicooker. Set the grill with meatballs.
  • Set the “Steaming” program. Boil for 30-40 minutes.
  • Serve hot patties with any side dish.

Steamed beef patties with raw potatoes in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • ground beef - 500 g;
  • raw potatoes - 1 pc .;
  • bulb onion - 1 pc .;
  • egg - 1 pc .;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • long loaf without a crust - 1 slice;
  • salt - to taste;
  • black pepper to taste.

Method of preparation

  • Peel potatoes and onions and mince them. Put in a bowl with minced meat.
  • Pour a slice of loaf with milk and wait until the bread is sodden. Combine it with meat and vegetables.
  • Add egg, salt, pepper. Knead minced thoroughly.
  • Wet the mince patties with wet hands. Place them on a greased steaming rack.
  • Pour hot water into the bowl of the multicooker, set the container with the chops, close the lid.
  • Cook for 30-35 minutes in steam cooking mode.

Steamed beef patties with paprika in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • ground beef - 500 g;
  • onions - 1 pc .;
  • egg - 1 pc .;
  • white bread or long loaf without a crust - 1 slice;
  • paprika - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • salt - to taste;
  • black pepper to taste;
  • chopped parsley - 2 tbsp. l

Method of preparation

  • Soak the bread in milk and leave for half an hour.
  • Combine it with minced meat.
  • Chop onion in a blender until mashed and put in a bowl with meat.
  • Break the egg there.
  • Add finely chopped parsley, pepper, salt and paprika.
  • Mince well.
  • Lubricate the multicooker grill with oil. Dampen your hands with cold water and make round patties from mincemeat. Place them on the grill.
  • Set the cutlet container in the slow cooker. Turn on steaming. Cook for 35 minutes.

Mistress to note

  • If you want to cook the cutlets in breading, then before you lay them on the grill, roll in breadcrumbs.
  • The garnish can be cooked in a slow cooker with cutlets. But for this to be enough water in the bowl. For example, boil potatoes. The water in which it will boil is enough to get plenty of steam. But in this case, the dinner will be prepared much longer (about an hour), since the countdown will start from the moment of boiling water.
