List of ingredients:

  • 70 g butter,
  • 5 tbsp. l condensed milk,
  • 7 baskets (tartlets),
  • 1 small apple,
  • 7 sprigs of fresh mint (for decoration),
  • 7 pinch ground cinnamon.

Cooking

1. In a bowl, put the soft butter and mixer with a mixer at low speed, whisk it to the pomp, and then pour a thin stream of condensed milk, without stopping whipping. After a few minutes, the cream should be completely homogeneous.

2. Wash the sweet or sour-sweet apple and remove the seed box, cut it into small pieces.

3. Take a teaspoon and fill the baskets with cream, 1/3 - so that there is room for apples. You can bake baskets or buy ready-made - from shortbread, puff pastry or the most common wafer.

4. Place 3-4 slices of apple in each basket.

5. Complete the design of the dessert - put a mint sprig in each basket and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. There is mint, of course, not necessary, but it will make the dessert more appetizing and bright. In addition, mint can be sent to a cup, pour boiling water and get a tasty and useful addition to the dessert. If you put the baskets with apples and butter cream in the refrigerator, then the cream will harden, because it is oil-based. If you want the cream to be soft, then store the dessert at room temperature.
