Composition:

  • apples - 0, 8 kg;
  • sugar - 20 g;
  • ground cinnamon - 10 g;
  • butter - 40 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash the apples. Dry them with a paper napkin. Around the stem, make several deep vertical cuts, without cutting to the very bottom. Carefully cut the top off the stem. Using a small spoon, remove the core, trying not to disturb the integrity of the fruit.
  • Mix the sugar with cinnamon, spread it over the apples, pouring it into the holes. Cover with a "lid" - cut off the top with a stem.
  • Rub the oil in small pieces directly into the multicooker bowl. Turn on Baking mode by setting the timer to 40 minutes. When the butter has melted, put the apples in the bowl and lower the lid.
  • After 20 minutes, check if the apples are ready. If they have not yet become soft enough, bake them for another 10 minutes before the next calibration. If necessary, continue cooking apples until the program finishes its work.

You can serve apples without decorating them, but they will be much tastier and more appetizing if you pour honey on them before serving or pour whipped cream on them.

Apples Baked with Cottage Cheese and Nuts

Composition:

  • apples - 1 kg;
  • sugar - 20 g;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc .;
  • cottage cheese - 0, 2 kg;
  • lemon juice - 5 ml;
  • vanillin - 1 g;
  • vegetable oil - 20 ml;
  • walnut kernels - 50 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash the apples, cut the top, remove the core with a knife or spoon. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • Crush walnut kernels. You can use a blender or just chop nuts with a knife.
  • In a bowl, mash the cottage cheese with a fork, break an egg into it, add sugar, vanillin, nuts. Stir thoroughly to form a homogeneous mass.

  • Fill the apples with jam.
  • Knead dough from sifted flour, powdered sugar, salt and 150 g of butter. Divide it into 5 pieces, roll each piece into a ball, wrap it in foil and put it in the fridge for half an hour.
  • Take out one piece of dough, roll out and wrap the apples in the dough so that the hole in which the jam looks out coincides with the center of the circle from the dough.
