Composition:
- cucumbers - 3 kg;
- onions - 0, 7 kg;
- dill (fresh) - 100 g;
- vegetable oil - 150 ml;
- table vinegar (9 percent) - 100 ml;
- sugar - 60 g;
- salt - 40 g.
Method of preparation:
- Wash the cucumbers, cut off the “nose” and “tail”, cut across into 3-4 parts, cut each part in half or into 4 parts along.
- Peel the onions and cut into half rings.
- Finely chop the dill.
- Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan, enameled or stainless steel. Leave for half an hour.
- Sterilize one-liter jars and spread the salad over them.
- In a large pan or tank, lay a towel, put cans on it, covering them with sterilized lids.
- Pour water into the tank so that it reaches the “hangers” of the cans. In this case, banks should be approximately the same height.
- Put on a slow fire. After the water in the tank boils, mark for 25 minutes.

- Put the jars upside down with a warm blanket.

Composition:
- overgrown cucumbers - 1 kg;
- carrots - 0, 3 kg;
- onions - 0, 2 kg;
- Bulgarian pepper - 0, 3 kg;
- tomatoes - 0.5 kg;
- salt - 40 g;
- black ground pepper - 5 g .;
- vinegar (9 percent) - 2, 5 tbsp. l
Method of preparation:
- After washing cucumbers, rub them into large pieces.
- Grate peeled carrots on a coarse grater.
- Heat the water and dip the tomatoes in it, blanch 5 minutes.
- Take out the tomatoes with a skimmer, put them in cold water, and after 5 minutes, take them out. Peel off the tomato skin.
- Cut the tomatoes into large chunks, mince.

Composition:
- overgrown cucumbers (peeled and chopped) - 3 kg;
- carrots - 1 kg;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 kg;
- onions - 0.5 kg;
- garlic - 3 heads;
- adjika (purchased or home) - 0, 25 l;
- water - 0, 25 l;
- salt - 40 g;
- sugar - 0, 18 kg;
- vegetable oil - 100 ml;
- Table vinegar (9%) - 120 ml.
Method of preparation:
- Cut the washed cucumbers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds from them with a teaspoon. Cut into thin half rings.
- After washing the pepper and removing the seeds, cut it into thin strips.
- Grate grated carrots for Korean salads.
- Cut the bulbs into half rings.
- Pass the garlic cloves through the press.
- Mix all the ingredients listed in the recipe and leave the salad for 2 hours.
- Spread the snack in sterilized cans. Pour the liquid that has remained in the pan where the vegetables were pickled.
- Cover the jars with lids and sterilize them for 20 minutes.

- garlic - 1 head;

- tarragon - 5 g;
- onions - 0, 25 kg;
- salt - 25 g;
- citric acid - 1/3 tsp.
Method of preparation:
- After washing the cucumbers, cut them into small cubes.
- Grate carrots.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Crush the garlic cloves.
- Mix vegetables, season with tarragon, add citric acid and salt. Leave for 2 hours.
- Place the saucepan with the vegetables on low heat and simmer 15 minutes after boiling.
