  • The main secret is as meat, which is the main ingredient of this dish. Pork ribs or tenderloin can be cooked with cabbage, but they must be fresh. It is better to give preference to young meat: it cooks faster and turns more tender. From the frozen pork dish comes out less juicy, so it is better to extinguish the meat, which has not yet been frozen.
  • If it is necessary to make a dish of frozen pork, it should be thawed slowly, for example, in cool water. The slower the meat is thawed, the more juiciness it will save.
  • When cooking dishes in a slow cooker, you should not immediately lay down all the products included in its composition. Compliance with the ordering of the ingredients, the way they are processed and the cooking time will ensure the desired taste to the finished dish.

Composition:

  • white cabbage - 0.5 kg;
  • pork - 0, 3 kg;
  • carrots - 100 g;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • water - 150 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 25 ml;
  • tomato paste - 50 g;
  • salt, black pepper powder - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash a piece of pork and cut it into pieces about 2-3 cm in size.
  • Chop the cabbage into strips about 2 mm wide, 3-4 cm long.
  • Rub the grated carrots grated on Korean snacks. If not, use the side with large holes of the usual grater.
  • Cut the peeled onion into half rings.
  • Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, place the pork cubes. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
  • Without lowering the lid, select the frying mode (you can also choose the “Fryer” or “Baking” program). Fry the meat with the lid open for 15-20 minutes, depending on the stiffness of the meat and the capacity of the multicooker.
  • Add carrots and onions. In the same mode, fry all 10 minutes.
  • Put the cabbage into the slow cooker.
  • Dilute tomato paste with water and pour into the slow cooker.
  • Lower the lid and select extinguishing mode. Set the time: 1 hour.
  • After the sound signal indicating the end of the program, leave the dish in heating mode for another 10 minutes.

Serve the stewed pork with cabbage best with mashed potatoes and fresh tomato salad. However, even without a side dish, this dish will be very tasty and satisfying.

Composition:

  • pork tenderloin - 0, 3 kg;
  • cabbage - 0, 5 kg;
  • potatoes - 0, 2 kg;
  • carrots - 100 g;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • salt - to taste;
  • hops-suneli or other seasonings to your taste - 10 g;
  • apple juice (can be replaced with water) - 50 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash meat, remove fat, veins, films, cut into small cubes.
  • Peel the potatoes and dice them too.
  • Wash the cabbage and chop it.
  • Onion, peeled, cut into half rings.
  • Wash carrots, peel and grate not too fine.
  • Finely chop the garlic with a knife.
  • Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, place the meat in it. Set the “Baking” mode and fry the meat, without closing the lid and stirring, for 15 minutes.
  • Add onion, garlic, carrot. In the same mode, fry the meat with vegetables for another 10 minutes.
  • Salt, add seasoning, put diced potatoes. Cook it with meat in baking mode for 10 minutes already with the lid closed.
  • Put cabbage, pour juice. Turn on the quenching program for an hour.
  • Every 15 minutes, raise the lid to stir the dish.
  • After completing the program, wait another 10 minutes, then open the lid and arrange the prepared dish on plates.

When cooking this dish, you can also add Bulgarian pepper, cut it into straws and lay simultaneously with the cabbage.

Pork stewed with cabbage in a slow cooker is a complete dish in which there is both meat and vegetable side dish.
