Today, many housewives served with soy sauce side dishes (especially tasty to use with soy sauce, rice and noodles), season salads, and also make delicious marinades (think honey soy marinade for chicken). However, in the East, the spread of soy sauce in cooking is even wider. As soon as you enter a Japanese or Chinese restaurant, you will notice that practically all dishes (even desserts) are prepared using soy sauce! And this is no accident, because soy is an incredibly healthy product, and its nutritional properties are also preserved in soy sauce. Strong immunity, longevity and slim figure - these are the advantages of frequent use of soy sauce.

How to choose the “right” sauce to make soy soup? As soon as you enter the relevant department in the store, you will see more than ten types of sauce. There are very inexpensive species, and very expensive concentrated varieties from Japan. What kind of soy sauce to prefer? Believe that the process of cooking soy sauce is not complicated, and therefore it should not be expensive. Paying money for an imported product, you just pay for its delivery and possibly a well-known brand, but not for quality. However, there is an important feature in the preparation of soy sauce. Today, many products are prepared using genetically modified products. When you buy something in the store, always pay attention to the words “Made without GMOs” on the product packaging. According to research, genetically modified products today do not have a detrimental effect on the body. However, they were invented by scientists to reduce the cost of food relatively recently, and what happens to our health with their frequent use is in fact not yet known. In addition to the sauce, in order to prepare soy soup, you may need a variety of products - chicken, fish, potatoes, noodles, vegetables .. Choose your favorite recipe and start experimenting!

Recipe 1: Soy Soup

In fact, there is no classic recipe called “soy soup”. Basically, it can be any soup to which you add soy sauce. So, prepare soy soup from potatoes!

Ingredients Required:

  • Potatoes 4 pieces of medium size
  • Cream 200 grams (15-20% fat)
  • Broth, meat, chicken or mushroom 1 liter
  • Sour cream 100 grams
  • White crackers
  • Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Ground pepper
  • Butter 100 grams

Preparation Method:

  1. Peel the potatoes and, as a whole, put in the broth in which to boil for about 15 minutes until soft.
  2. Remove the potatoes from the broth, cool slightly and chop in a blender, gradually pouring the cream and adding sour cream.
  3. Put the potato mass back on fire, add butter and soy sauce, heat, but do not bring to a boil. After 4-5 minutes, remove from heat.
  4. Serve the soy soup made from potatoes, garnished with white croutons on top.

Recipe 2: Kuksi beef and soy soup

Despite the fact that this dish came to us from Korean cuisine, the Slavs also like it very much! After all, this soy soup turns out to be meaty, fragrant, nourishing! Its peculiarity is in the use of various vegetables (cabbage, radish, cucumber), as well as special cooking of omelet for soup, which is not quite typical for dishes familiar to Slavic cuisine.

Ingredients Required:

  • Beef 200 grams
  • Egg noodles long 100 grams
  • White cabbage 200 grams
  • Radishes 100 grams
  • Cucumber 1 medium size
  • Garlic 3 teeth
  • Soy sauce 6 tablespoons
  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Milk 2 tablespoons
  • Salt
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Ground pepper
  • Butter 50 grams
  • Water 1 liter
  • Vinegar
  • Parsley

Preparation Method:

  1. Cabbage subtly chop.
  2. Wash beef well, remove all films from it, cut into thin slices.
  3. Heat the pan, grease it with oil, place the meat. Fry it for 6-8 minutes, then reduce the heat. Add cabbage to beef, salt and pepper, let it stew for about 10 minutes. After that, remove from heat and let the meat and cabbage cool.
  4. Boil the noodles until cooked, then remove it from the water and add a piece of butter so that it does not turn into a lump
  5. Wash radish and cucumber, cut tails and cut into long strips. Peel the garlic and pass to the vegetables through the press. Add chopped parsley to the mixture. Mix vegetables with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  6. Beat the eggs, flour and milk and fry a thin omelet from this mixture. Cool it and cut into thin strips.
  7. Take a liter of cold water, mix 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar in it.
  8. Arrange the portions of the beef, noodles, scrambled eggs and vegetable mixture, pour them with soy liquid, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve!

Recipe 3: Shanghai-style Soy Soup

If you are a fan of oriental cuisine, you probably have already tried this sweet and sour Chinese soy soup.

Ingredients Required:

  • Soy Sauce
  • Chicken broth 1 liter
  • Tofu cheese 200 grams
  • Chicken fillet 300 grams
  • Oyster mushrooms 200 grams
  • Bamboo sprouts 50 grams
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Butter 100 grams
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Spicy chili paste
  • Sesame oil
  • Corn starch 1 tablespoon
  • Green young onions

Preparation Method:

  1. Prepare the base for the soup. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add chicken broth, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, hot chili paste and a teaspoon of sesame oil to it. Let this mixture heat up.
  2. Rinse the chicken fillet, remove the film and cut into a thin strip.
  3. Wash the oyster mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.
  4. Cut tofu soy cheese into cubes.
  5. Chop the bamboo shoots with a knife.
  6. Dilute corn starch in water in a proportion of 3 parts of water to 1 part of starch.
  7. Add all the cooked ingredients to the pan, when the water boils, pour the starch into the pan.
  8. Smash the chicken eggs in a separate bowl, mix them and gradually pour into the soy soup, stirring with a spoon.
  9. Chop green onions.
  10. Remove the soup from the heat and serve immediately, sprinkling it with onions.

Recipe 4: Shrimp Soy Soup with Sesame

Perhaps, this soup of Japanese cuisine will seem to you most adapted to the classic European cuisine. The traditional recipe uses royal shrimp, but you can safely replace them with regular ones.

Ingredients Required:

  • Purified water 2 liters
  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Shrimp 400 grams
  • Green String Bean
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Sunflower oil 1 tablespoon
  • Chili Paste
  • White Sesame

Preparation Method:

  1. Mix 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, sugar, 2 teaspoons of chili paste and water in a saucepan. Put on the fire.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  3. Heat the pan, brush with oil. Put the tomatoes and beans, fry for eight to ten minutes on low heat, sprinkle with soy sauce.

  3. Clean fish from bones and skins, cut into cubes.
