Depending on the method of preparation and the ingredients that are used, it can turn out to be a simple cake for family tea drinking, as well as an exquisite dessert.

Pastry dough with cottage cheese in a hurry can be cooked puff, shortbread, yeast or any other. The basis for the cake can be made from crumb biscuits.

Cottage cheese is better to take home, but if you want the baking to be dietary, you can use low-calorie. Cottage cheese fray through a sieve so that it is not lumps. Then add sugar, sour cream, eggs to it and thoroughly interrupt with a blender until homogeneous. Also, the filling can be cooked with cream. They are whipped into a strong foam, then they add the cottage cheese and sugar.

85 g butter;

lemon peel;

120 g sour cream;

25 grams of starch;

75 grams of granulated sugar.

Method of preparation

1. Heat the oven to 170C. Add three tablespoons of sour cream to the ground cottage cheese. Separately, beat the egg and add to the cottage cheese. Put the lemon zest and starch here. Grind everything well or bite with a blender until smooth. Wash the raisins and add them to the curd. Stir everything with a spoon. It should be a mass, consistency of thick cream. 2. Break the cookies and place them in the blender container. Grind it into a crumb. Add soft butter and sour cream. Knead the dough. Put it in a detachable form and distribute the palms on the bottom, forming rims, four centimeters high.

3. Put the curd mass on the cake and smooth it. Send the form to the oven for half an hour. Bake at 180C. When the cake is reddened, remove it from the oven and cool completely. Slice and serve with drinks.

Recipe 2. Pie with cottage cheese and blueberries in a hurry

Ingredients

Dough

margarine - 150 g;

baking powder - 10 g;

granulated sugar - 150 g;

a glass of flour;

egg;

vanilla sugar - 10 g.

Stuffing

cottage cheese - 600 g;

blueberries - 300 g;

four eggs;

potato starch - 100 g;

sugar - 150 g

For filing

powdered sugar.

Method of preparation

1. Mash soft oil with cane and vanilla sugar. Beat in the egg and mix. Combine flour with baking powder. Pour the mixture into the egg-oil mixture and knead the dough.

2. Place the dough in a split form, brushing it with oil. Form sufficiently high bumpers.

3. Separate the whites from the yolks. Last rub with sugar. Now add the grated cottage cheese and starch. Mix everything well.

4. Add a pinch of salt to the whites and whip them into a dense foam. Add the whipped whites to the curd mass and gently mix with a spatula.

5. Put the resulting mass on the dough and level.

6. Leave some blueberries for decoration. Put the rest of the berries in the bowl of the blender, add a spoonful of sugar and smash well.

7. Pour the berry mass over the curd cream. If you wish, you can make patterns with a fork. Put the cake for an hour in the oven, preheated to 180C. If the top starts to stick, cover the cake with a sheet of foil. Remove the finished cake from the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with blueberries.

Recipe 3. A curd tart with puff pastry “Spit”

Ingredients

packaging of puff pastry;

a handful of raisins;

half a kilo of cottage cheese;

two tablespoons of sugar;

egg;

75 g semolina.

Method of preparation

1. The finished puff pastry is completely thawed. The oven is heated.

2. Grind curd cheese with sugar and egg. If the mass turned out to be watery, pour semolina.

3. Wash the raisins and fill with hot water. Leave it for a quarter of an hour and drain the water. Drain the raisins on a paper towel and mix in the curd mass.

4. Thawed dough is thawed and cut in half. We roll out each part and mentally divide the layer of dough into three parts. We cut the left and the right side diagonally into strips two centimeters wide. In the middle lay out a slide curd filling.

three eggs;

half a cup of granulated sugar.

Method of preparation

1. Turn on the oven at 180C. We spread the cottage cheese in a bowl and thoroughly grind. Add soda, eggs, granulated sugar and mayonnaise to it. Beat all the blender. Now slowly pour the flour and thoroughly knead the dough to the consistency of homemade sour cream.

2. Lubricate the form with a piece of butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the dough in the form and level. 1. Pour the flour into the deep container, add the remaining ingredients and mix everything with a mixer, starting at low speed. Then knead the dough with your hands, wrap it in a film and put it in the fridge.

2. Spread half of the dough into a split form and knead it along the bottom with your hands. In several places we pierce it with a fork. Heat the oven to 180C and send the form into it for ten minutes.

3. In deep dishes combine cottage cheese with eggs, a mixture for pudding, sugar, lemon zest, salt and vanilla sugar. All carefully interrupt the blender into a homogeneous mass. Method of preparation
