For the first and second, we have prepared another wonderful recipe for cucumbers for the winter. This time we suggest you to conserve the chili in sharp ketchup. Perhaps you have heard about this recipe more than once, maybe even tried it with someone. And thanks to our recipe, you can now roll up such cucumbers yourself.
What can be said about the workpiece. You can prepare them as whole, and cut into cubes or circles. Prescription need to take spicy ketchup chili. The ketchup of the “Torchin” trademark has proven itself best of all, but you can take any other brand.
You can also replace keen ketchup with barbecue, it will not be so sharp. It is best to roll cucumbers into small jars, so you opened the jar and immediately ate. Ingredients:
- Cucumbers - about 4 kg
- Spicy ketchup - 250 g
- Water - 1.5 liters
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.
- Salt - 2 tbsp. l
- Vinegar - 250 ml
- Garlic - 1 head
- Dill umbrellas.
Preparation:
Preservation begin with the fact that we thoroughly wash the cans of soda and sterilize them convenient for you. In each jar of 0.5 liters put an umbrella of dill and two or three cloves of garlic.
Cut cucumbers into rings and stack them in a jar. Do not forget to shake the jars so that the cucumbers fit in more. If you have small cucumbers, just put them in a standing jar.
Now prepare the marinade. In a saucepan, mix all the ingredients - water, sugar, salt and ketchup. We bring the marinade to a boil, mix well, so that the sugar is sold.
Pour jars of cucumbers with hot marinade.
Now we need to pick up the container for pasteurizing the cans. We put them in a pan, the bottom of which must be covered with a towel or silicone mat. Pour warm water into the pan until the banks are hung.
Bring water to the boil in a saucepan, cover the jars with lids. Sterilize half-liter jars 7 minutes, liter 10 minutes. Then immediately roll up the banks and put them upside down to cool completely. Why turn the jars upside down? To check the tightness of the twist.
