1. We combine water with milk. Both fluids should be warm. Add sour milk at room temperature and pour vegetable oil. Dissolve the yeast in the mixture and let it stand for a few minutes until the mixture starts to foam. Gradually add flour and knead tender dough. Put it in a deep dish, cover with a napkin and keep it warm for two hours. 2. Spread the dough on the work surface and knead well. Roll out the dough into a centimeter thick layer and cut circles with a glass. Put the donuts on the table surface, cover with a towel and leave for half an hour.
3. We pour in vegetable oil into a deep cauldron and heat it until light smoke appears. Carefully lower the donuts into the hot oil and fry until rosy from both sides. Finished donuts lay out on a dish, covered it with a paper towel.

half a liter of milk; orange peel;
six egg yolks;
20 ml of lemon juice;

100 g of ghee;
A bag of vanilla sugar.

1. Combine yolks with sugar and whisk until fluffy. Pour in milk and alcohol, add vanilla sugar and salt. Continue to beat at low speed until smooth.
2. Combine the flour with yeast and sift. Add half the flour and the egg to our mixture. Change nozzles on the mixer, whisk, gradually introducing flour, and adding ghee. Initially, it will be sticky, but we continue to mix, not adding flour. Get a homogeneous dough. Cover the bowl with a towel and keep warm for one and a half hours.

1. Dissolve a teaspoon of sugar and yeast in half a glass of warm milk. We stand for some time until the mixture starts to foam.
2. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until sugar is dissolved. Pour in the yeast mixture, the remaining milk, add sugar and add ghee. Beat with a mixer until smooth. We change the nozzles and continue to knead, gradually introducing flour, until you get a soft dough. We collect it in a ball, cover and leave for half an hour to approach.
