Grilled pork steak - general cooking principles

• Grill. An extensive topic. Steak can be cooked on a natural grill - charcoal grill. Either use an electric appliance-alternative. There are also grilled pans. In the oven there is also a grill, which can be used. All recipes with different cooking methods are below.
Grilled pork steak with lemon
A simple steak recipe for which you need a minimum set of products. Meat is cooked on a conventional grill, but you can take an electric grill. In the second case, follow the instructions, based on their power device. Usually steak is cooked at 200 degrees for 5 minutes. Then the temperature is reduced to 150 and the meat is kept for another 5-7 minutes so that it is cooked inside.
Ingredients
• 1 kg of pork;
• 1 lemon;
• 1 spoon of olive oil;
• 4 sprigs of thyme;
• salt, seasoning for meat.
Cooking
1. Wash a piece of pork and be sure to dry with napkins. You can leave it for a while to dry the meat. 2. Take a large and sharp knife, cut the pork across the fibers to make thick slices of about 2 cm. Do not make thin steaks.
3. Squeeze the juice from one medium lemon. Add a teaspoon of seasoning for meat or shashlik, stir, put a little olive oil and salt marinade.
4. Rub the steaks with the prepared mixture from all sides.
5. Sprigs of thyme mneem in their hands, so that they release the juice and flavor. Shifting thyme steaks.
6. Pour the remains of lemon marinade from above, if any. We stretch the food film on the pot for a couple of hours. If you marinate pork longer, then refrigerate.

Grilled pork steak in the oven
The recipe for stunning grilled steaks in the oven, which are in no way inferior to meat on the grill. But to make it really true, you need to know something about cooking technology. Adjika is used for Georgian sauce, you can take just chopped pods of chili pepper in the same quantity.
Ingredients
• 1 kg of pork;
• 1 tsp. hops-suneli and paprika;
• pinch of hot peppers;
• coarse salt;
• 4 spoons of tomato paste;
• 3 cloves of garlic;
• 0.25 tsp. natural adzhika.
Cooking
1. Cut the meat into pieces for steaks, but not very thick. 1 cm is enough
2. Mix the paprika with hot pepper and hops-suneli.
3. Rub the meat first with coarse salt, then with a mixture of spices. You can leave to marinate for the whole day or cook at once, but the hour still needs to stand on the meat, otherwise it will not be tasty and salted.
4. Heat the oven to 220 degrees.
5. Prepare baking sheet and boiling water. Spread marinated meat on the grill. Bottom put a pan with boiling water.
6. Cooking steaks on the second level on top for 20 minutes. Then turn it over. Cooking on the second side another 25-30 minutes, look at the meat. If the water in the pan will run out, pour more boiling water. 7. Cooking the sauce. Mix tomato paste with a few tablespoons of water so that it acquires the consistency of thick ketchup. We fill with Georgian adjika and chopped garlic, salt to taste. Or diluted pasta with soy sauce, will also be delicious.
8. Spread hot pork on plates, pour tomato sauce, which softens the meat.
Grilled pork steak with soy sauce
A variant of the famous and simply amazing marinade for an electric grill steak. But you can cook it on charcoal, in the oven.
Ingredients
• 600 g pork;
• 150 ml of soy sauce;
• 1 tsp. sweet ground paprika;
• 3 cloves of garlic;
• pinch of black pepper.
Cooking
1. From this amount of meat 2 large steaks are made. Actually, cut.
2. Since the soy sauce is salty, just add paprika and black pepper. Nothing more is needed. Stir.
3. Peel the garlic, cut each clove into several parts and gently, so that the pieces do not look out, we pinch the meat.
4. Now spill steaks on top with soy sauce and spices. Leave at least 2 hours. Of course, you can marinate and less, but it is better to withstand this time, it will be much tastier.
5. We warm up the grill to 200 degrees. Or prepare the grill.
6. Take out the steaks. We spread on the grill, cover with the top cover. Hold for five or six minutes.
7. Now the temperature needs to be reduced to 150-160 degrees.
8. We bring the meat to the desired readiness. If you like blood steak, 3-4 minutes is enough. If you want the meat to be cooked, cook at least another 5-7 minutes.
Grilled pork steak (in a pan)
The recipe for the simplest grilled pork steaks, which are prepared on a special griddle. But you can take the simplest, if there is no vessel with a figured bottom.
Ingredients
• 2 steaks;
• 1 spoon of butter;
• salt, pepper or other dry seasonings.
Cooking
1. grease the pieces with oil. Many do not need, just to moisten the surface and “seal” the juice inside.
2. Rub the meat with spices, which like. For the natural version, use only salt and black pepper. 3. Cooking pan. Nothing to lubricate it is necessary. We put on the strongest fire and heat until the fallen drop of water evaporates instantly.
4. It's time to put the pork. Fry steaks on maximum heat for 4 minutes. Then reduce to medium and cook another 5 minutes on each side.
5. We spread the meat, quickly decorate it with greens and serve it to the table.
Grilled pork steak with rosemary
You can cook such meat on any grill. Pork turns out unusually fragrant and juicy. Marinade is also suitable for veal.
Ingredients
• 800 g pork;
• 0.5 cup balsamic vinegar;
• 3 cloves of garlic;
• salt and black pepper;
• 2 tbsp. l brown sugar;
• 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary.
Cooking
1. Combine balsamic vinegar with sugar, pepper and salt.
2. Peel the garlic cloves, chop and add to the marinade.
3. Chop rosemary and rub a little, so that it gives the maximum flavor. If you use dry rosemary, take a little less than a teaspoon. Connect with marinade.
4. Cut the pork, dress it with sauce, put the pieces in a bag with a clasp.
5. Pour the remains of the marinade from above, if any.
6. Close the package. Leave for 2 hours. Every 30 minutes we approach and shake vigorously.
7. We bring steaks to readiness on any grill!
Grilled pork steak with honey
Another win-win for the marinade for pork steaks. We cook on any grill, but we make the marinade according to the rules.
Ingredients
• 4 spoons of soy sauce;
• 2 steaks;
• 1 spoon of honey;
• 1 spoonful of grainy mustard;
• 1 clove garlic;
• 0.5 tsp. seasonings for barbecue.
Cooking
1. Carefully stuff steaks with pieces of garlic. It can be added to the marinade, but during cooking on the grill, the particles will heat up and spoil the look.
2. Mix honey with mustard and spices. If honey is thick and candied, then it is better to melt immediately.
3. Dilute with soy sauce. If the spices do not have salt, then throw a small pinch.
4. We rub nashpigovanny pork with the prepared mix, we marinate hour. You can leave longer. 5. Take out the pork and shake off the excess marinade.
6. Put the steaks on the grill, bring to readiness.
Grilled pork steak in original marinade
Another variation of the marinade for juicy and ruddy steak on the grill. If there is no sesame oil, then you can use olive.
Ingredients
• 1.5 tablespoons of lemon juice;
• 2 steaks;
• 3 spoons of sesame oil;
• black, red pepper to taste;
• 3 spoons of tomato paste;
• 3 cloves of garlic;
• salt;
• 2 sprigs of dill.
Cooking
1. Dissolve salt in lemon juice. Approximately 2/3 tsp to two large steaks. Add sesame oil.
2. We rub the meat with this mixture, put it in a bag, pour the rest on top, set it up. Sent in the fridge for 3 hours.
3. Mix all other ingredients except dill. Garlic chopped.
4. We take out meat, we rub repeatedly tomato marinade, we leave for an hour in heat.
5. We take out steaks, shake off tomato juice from the surface, send pork to the grill.
6. We bring to readiness. We shift on plates, decorate with dill sprigs and immediately send to the table.
Grilled pork steak - tips and tricks
• Steaks should be eaten immediately after cooking “piping hot”. This dish does not tolerate storage and reheating.
• If the pork is dry, the piece is held up on the fire, it must be immediately poured with ketchup or another tomato sauce, while the meat is hot. It will move a little, soak, become more tender.
• Not everyone likes steaks with blood. If the piece is not cooked inside, do not try to bring it to readiness in the microwave. All just mess up. Preheat the pan to smoke, grease the pork with a drop of oil and warm for a few minutes on each side.
