These sandwiches are very satisfying and only a couple of sandwiches can satisfy hunger. They are prepared not as fast as regular snack sandwiches, they require slowness and a little more ingredients are used, usually baked either in the oven or with a microwave.
A hot sandwich is usually a piece of bread or a loaf, and any filling, the more, the tastier and more satisfying the snack. The top of the sandwich can be decorated with a piece of cheese or greens, they are baked for about 15 minutes and hot.
Often, hot snack sandwiches are made in the form of mini-pizzas, which are practically the same as the original. Only the cooking process is different; for this, it is not necessary to spend a lot of time and effort on kneading dough; a piece of bread or bread is taken as the basis. To taste, they are not inferior to pizza on the dough, the bottom is more crispy, and the filling is juicy. It’s pretty easy to make a cold sandwich, you’ll have a bit of a trouble with a hot one, but the result is worth it. We present to your attention a recipe for preparing hearty sandwiches in the form of mini pizzas, which are accompanied by detailed step by step photos.

- Baton - 6 pieces
- Ham - 100 grams
- Smoked sausage - 50 grams
- Tomato - 1-2 pcs.
- Cheese - 150 grams
- Mayonnaise, ketchup - to taste
- Dill greens.
Recipe for Cooking Hot Sandwiches (with photo):
Cut the sausage and ham into small cubes, put it in a deep bowl.
Cut the tomato finely, send after the sausage.
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater, put it in the bowl. Next comes chopped dill.
Ketchup and mayonnaise mix together and fill this mixture with all the ingredients, leave a little sauce to grease slices of loaf. If the sauce is not enough, you can add some mayonnaise.
We cut the fresh loaf into six even pieces, approximately 1.5 cm thick (for this purpose it is convenient to take a ready-made, sliced loaf). Each piece of grease mayonnaise-ketchup mixture and lay out on a baking sheet.
Put the ready stuffing on top. Stuffing should be enough, impose a slide. Put the baking tray in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
