What could be simpler, it would seem, and what is so special you can tell about cooking chops? He took a hammer, beat off small plastics of meat, rolled in breadcrumbs and fried in a frying pan. What about fantasy? Indeed, not only traditional pork, but also any other type of meat, such as beef, can be used as the main ingredient.
Many will say that beef is tough and completely unsuitable for preparing such a dish as chops. Are you sure? Of course, we will have to tinker with it a bit, prepare it properly, but the result will surpass all expectations. Making tasty, juicy beef chops is not at all difficult; the main thing is to stick to some important points:
- correctly choose and prepare (cut) beef;
- repel it well, but do not overdo it, otherwise the pieces will turn into banal stuffing;
- “put” plastic in a thick layer of batter;
- roll abundantly in breadcrumbs so that valuable juice is not lost;
- constantly monitor the temperature of the mold or pan.
In addition, fry the beef chops should be strictly on well-heated oil, not completely covering the pan with a lid. When the bottom of the piece begins to be covered with a crust, the power of the plate is reduced to medium. Toward the end of the fire we reduce to a minimum. Beef chops are cooked, usually 10-15 minutes. To make them quite juicy, they should be slightly extinguished in a small amount of broth, which will have to be pre-cooked. Well, what can you do? 2. Cooking batter: whip until the eggs are homogeneous in a bowl. Pour the breadcrumbs in a flat plate.
3. Then each piece of meat enveloped in batter, we roll abundantly in breadcrumbs, again enveloped in batter and breadcrumbs. This is necessary in order to completely cover the pieces in order to avoid loss of juice.

- 5 prunes
- one tea l. honey
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 hours l-paprika
- spices, pepper, bay leaf
- vegetable oil (about 4-5 tablespoons)

1. Prepared chops just add some salt, fry in a pan. Then we shift on a plate.
2. Next, chop the onion half rings, cut the prunes into several pieces. Fry the onions to transparency, then mix it with honey.
3. We shift the meat in a greased, thick-walled pan or a deep frying pan, spread over a uniform layer of prunes and onions. Season with spices, paprika, if necessary - with salt and pepper.
4. Add chopped garlic and lavrushka, pour 2-3 cups of beef broth (water). We put in the oven, close the form with a lid (or foil) and bake at a temperature of 150-170 degrees for 2 hours.
Recipe 4: Beef Chops with Sour Cream
As you know, any meat goes well with sour cream and vegetables. We present an excellent recipe for beef chops with sour cream with the addition of tomatoes and greens. Ingredients:

Preparation of marinade: one liter of dry white wine - half a tablespoon of wine vinegar, 100 grams of finely chopped carrots, the same amount of onions, 30 grams. celery, a bunch of parsley, 3 cloves of garlic, 5-7 black peppercorns.
