Prepare a fillet or steak dish. To do this, the fish is thawed, cut off the fins and washed under running water. Then dry with a paper towel. Cod is thrown with salt and spices from all sides, sprinkled with freshly squeezed lemon juice and left for some time.
Then the pickled fish is transferred to a heat-resistant form and spread onion rings on top. Abundantly sprinkled with cheese chips and sent to the oven for half an hour.
Cod is served with a side dish of potatoes or cereals.

- ground white pepper;
- liter of fish stock;

- 100 g butter;
- 45 g fresh parsley;
- 50 g of flour;
- 400 g cod fillets;
- 120 g of cheese;
- 100 ml dry white wine;
- fat culinary cream - 100 ml.
Method of preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 200C. Heat resistant form oil.
2. Wash cod fillet, pat dry and cut into cubes.
3. Pour the fish broth into a deep saucepan and set on fire. Put the fish in boiling broth, roll the fire and cook for a couple of minutes.
4. Remove the cod with a slotted spoon and put it into shape. Season with salt, pepper and cover to keep the fish warm.
5. Put the pan on high heat, put the butter in it and melt. Pour the flour and cook, stirring vigorously, for a couple of minutes.
6. Continuously stirring, add two glasses of fish broth to the pan. Pour in the wine and keep on the fire, stirring for about three minutes. Now enter a thin stream of cream, not stopping stirring. Pepper, salt and cook another minute.
7. Remove the sauce from the plate. Pour all the grated cheese, leaving a couple of spoons for sprinkling. Put in the shrimp sauce and fresh parsley. Fill them with cod in the form. Sprinkle with the left cheese.
8. Put the fish form into the oven and bake for about ten minutes, until an appetizing cheese crust forms on top. Sprinkle the prepared dish with chopped greens and serve with homemade bread.
Recipe 3. Cod with cheese and cauliflower
Ingredients
- kilogram of cod fillet;
- cauliflower head;
- olive oil;
- 200 g of cheese;
- four onions;
- an egg;
- two carrots;
- milk - 150 ml;
- two tomatoes.
Method of preparation
1. Heat the oven to 190 degrees. Peel carrots and grind on a coarse grater. Free the onions from the husk and finely chop. Fry the vegetables in a heated frying pan in olive oil until golden brown. Put vegetable frying on the bottom of the form in an even layer. 2. Rinse, dry, and cut the cod fillet into medium slices. Spread the fish on the roasted vegetables in a thick layer. Pepper, salt and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
3. Disassemble cauliflower into florets, and boil it in lightly salted water for about ten minutes. Drain, slightly cool the vegetable and cut it into small pieces.

1. Heat oven to 200C. We check cod fillets for small bones. If they are, gently remove with tweezers. We wash the fish under the tap, dry it with a napkin.
