There are several features of cooking raspberry jam “Five minutes”. Knowing them, even an inexperienced cook will cope with the task.

The composition (1, 75 liters):

  • raspberry - 1 kg;
  • sugar - 1 kg.

  • Wait until the jam has cooled, then bring it to the boil again and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Sterilize the jars and lids with which you plan to close them.
  • Spread the jam over the jars, roll them up.

Once the jars of jam have cooled, they must be placed in a cool place. An unheated storeroom, cellar, basement will do.

“Five minutes” raspberry jam with whole berries

Composition (2 liters):

  • sugar - 1 kg;
  • raspberry - 1 kg;
  • water - 0, 25 l.

Method of preparation:

  • Prepare the raspberries by sorting, rinsing and drying.
  • Pour water into the basin, heat it to a boil.
  • Pour a glass of sugar. Cook, stirring, until sugar dissolves.
  • Add the next batch of sugar, until it dissolves.
  • Also, in parts, enter the remaining sugar by preparing a saturated sugar syrup.
  • Fill the raspberries with hot syrup, leave for 5-6 hours, you can overnight.
  • On an intense fire, bring to a boil and boil, removing the foam, 5 minutes.
  • Pour the jam over the sterilized jars, close tightly. When they cool, store in a cool place.

Having soaked in syrup, raspberries will not require long cooking and will retain their beautiful shape. The dessert made according to this recipe looks very appetizing.

The composition (1, 75 liters):

  • raspberry - 1 kg;
  • sugar - 1 kg.

Method of preparation:

  • Loop, wash the raspberries, let it dry.
