It’s not so difficult to make a real cake at home. You only need to load the products in a certain order in the bread maker in a certain order, wait a few hours and, as a result, you will receive a lush, fragrant cake.
So, let's try to cook a yeast cake with raisins in a breadmaker.
Preparation time: total - 2 hours 55 minutes; baking - 1 h 05 min.
Dough Ingredients:
- wheat flour of the highest grade - 450 g
- chicken egg - 3 pcs.
- sugar - 6 tbsp. l (no slide)
- butter - 150 g
- milk of 3, 2% fat content - 100 ml
- finely ground salt - 1, 5 tsp. (no slide)
- confectionery vanillin - 1, 5 g
- high-speed dry baking yeast - 3 tsp. (no slide)
- small raisins - 100 g
For glaze and decoration:
- icing sugar - 100 g
- water - 1, 5 st. l
- lemon - quarter
- food colors of yellow and pink - 1/4 tsp.
- confectionery dressing.
Step-by-step recipe with a photo:
Using a mixer or whisk, beat the eggs with sugar until a light yellow fluffy mass is obtained.
Put the butter in a bowl. Then place the container in the microwave so that the oil melts completely. You can also dissolve the oil in a water bath.
Raise the raisins, rinse and soak in boiling water for 15 minutes. Then drain the water, and lay the berries on a paper towel to dry.
Pour the milk into the breadmaker's bucket, add the egg-sugar mixture to it, add the cooled butter, salt, and add vanillin after the salt.
Then gently add the pre-sifted flour.
In a hill made of flour, make a small hole with a spoon and put yeast in it. Very important: make sure that before the kneading the yeast does not come into contact with the liquid, otherwise our cake will not be lush enough.
Place the bucket in the working chamber of the breadmaker. Close the lid. To start the program, press the “Menu” button. Select the program “Pastry baking”. Set the baking weight - 900 g. Choose the color of the crust - medium or light (in this recipe - medium). After that, using the “Start” button, start the dough kneading process. In the process of kneading the dough, you will hear 10 beeps. Open the lid and put the raisins in a bucket.
While yeast cake with raisins is baked, start making sugar glaze. To do this, pour powdered sugar from a bowl and pour in water. Beat with a whisk or mixer. Squeeze 2 teaspoons of juice from a lemon. Add the juice to the bowl and whisk again.
Divide the glaze in half. Add food coloring to each serving. Mix thoroughly and tighten the icing film containers, as the icing dries quickly.
Remove the finished cake from the bucket, remembering to remove the blade from the muffin for mixing the dough.
Allow baking to cool. Pour glaze over it and garnish with sprinkle.
