  • tomato paste - 50 ml;
  • water - 180 ml;
  • table vinegar (9 percent) - 20 ml;
  • sugar - 5 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash young zucchini thoroughly using a brush. Pat dry with a kitchen towel. Cut into circles about 5 mm thick.
  • Wash tomatoes and blot with a napkin. Cut into circles of approximately the same thickness as the zucchini, or slightly smaller. For slicing tomatoes, use a special or just a sharp knife, so as not to squeeze the juice out of them when cutting dense skin.
