- Pour the washed cranberries into a basin and pour half a liter of water. Bring to a boil and cook on a quiet fire for 5 minutes. Cool, pour the broth into a separate pan.
- Boil the broth, add sugar and make a thick syrup.
- Pour hot syrup over the cranberries and let it soak for 2 hours.
- Put a bowl of cranberries on fire. After the jam boils, mark for 5 minutes - just as much jam should be cooked for this recipe. During the cooking process, mix the contents of the pelvis and remove the foam that forms on the surface.

- Let the jam stand for about half an hour, then spread it over the sterilized jars. Close the jars tightly and store in a cool place.

Cranberry jam with oranges in a slow cooker
Composition (2 liters):
- cranberries - 1 kg;
- sugar - 1, 25 kg;
- oranges - 0, 5 kg.
Method of preparation:
- Wash berries and oranges.
- Turn berries into mashed potatoes with a blender or meat grinder.
- Cut the oranges, without peeling, into large pieces and remove the bones from them, skip the rest through a meat grinder and mix with cranberry puree.
- Put the mashed potatoes in the multicooker bowl, add sugar and leave for half an hour.
- Stir, close the lid and turn on steaming for 15 minutes. If there is no such mode, then you can use the “Quenching” program by running it for 20 minutes.
- Spread the jam over the prepared jars, roll them up with metal lids. Turn the cans over and wrap up with a blanket. When they cool down, put them in the refrigerator or in the closet for the winter - the jam prepared according to this recipe is well worth it at room temperature.

Cranberry Jam with Apples and Nuts
Composition (for 2, 5 l):
- cranberries - 0.5 kg;
- apples - 0.5 kg;
