To be fair, we must admit that the puree soup in our kitchens is not as popular as in European kitchens. Nevertheless, the fashion of European cuisine is becoming more confident in its rights, and today many are already trying to improve their culinary skills by introducing new dishes into their menu. Among them, a special place is occupied by cream soups, cream soups, sauces, meat products and pastries.
If, however, to dwell on puree soups, then I would like to draw your attention to chicken soup, which not only well satisfies hunger, but also has healing properties. This soup is especially recommended to include in the menu for those who have problems with the gastrointestinal tract. Gentle, creamy chicken soup has an enveloping property, which is very useful for the organism as a whole. In addition, this soup is perfect for baby food. Each of the recipes for its preparation has its own unique flavor and has its own special individual taste.
Recipe 1: Chicken and Potato Soup
- chicken carcass - 1 pc .;
- carrots - 1 pc .;
- potatoes - 5 pcs .;
- Onions - 1 pc .;
- leek - stalk;
- roots of parsnip, parsley and celery, bay leaf, salt, pepper and favorite greens.
We clean all the vegetables we need and cut them into rings. Wash the chicken and chop it into several pieces. We drop everything in the pan and fill it with water. Cook the broth. At the end of salt, pepper and add bay leaf
Prepare the potatoes - peel them and cut into cubes. Pour broth through a sieve into a clean pan, add leeks and potato cubes. We continue to cook.
Now in the course should go blender, with which we will be able to achieve a delicate cream consistency. So, in the blender bowl lay out potatoes, carrots, all the roots, which were cooked in broth and chicken meat. Salt and turn on the blender. Gently whisk and slowly begin to fill up the broth. We bring to the consistency we need.

Recipe 2: Chicken Cream Soup
If you have a small child in your family, then we recommend that you cook chicken soup puree for this recipe.
- Chicken - 1 pc .;

Without fail, all ingredients must be of the first freshness, because we prepare for children. In this soup, the ratio of meat to vegetables is 50/50, which is required for children aged 1 year and older.
Pour some water into the saucepan and dip the boiled chicken fillet. Salt some water is not necessary! After the water in the pot boils, continue to cook the breast for another half hour. Foaming in this case is not necessary.
Now we pour out all the water, and first wash the meat, and then divide it into pieces. Fill it with fresh boiled water, add salt and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 4 pieces. Carrots and onions finely crumbled or grated. Add to the pot. And cook another 15-20 minutes. We taste it, and if everything is normal, then pour the broth along with the vegetables into the blender bowl. Puriur it to a creamy state. Make sure that no pieces are left in the soup. Pour again in a saucepan and bring to a boil. We leave it to one side so that it gets a little cold, and we feed our baby. You can add a piece of fresh butter to the plate.
Recipe 3: Chicken-celery soup with celery
- chicken breast - 1 pc .;
- potatoes - 3-4 pcs .;
- Onions - 1 pc .;
- carrot - 1 pc .;
- stalks of celery and leek;
- processed cheese with mushrooms taste - 2 pcs.
First, pour into a saucepan, dip chicken fillet into it, you can also add 1 chicken thigh. Cook the meat for half an hour. After that, select and cut the meat into cubes. Peeled potatoes cut into cubes and send it to cook in broth. Add salt and your favorite seasonings.
While the potatoes are boiling, chop the onions and carrots, shred the leek and celery stalks and send to the broth. Cook until the potatoes are crumbly. Grate cheese curds and add to the broth. Mix well, let it boil again and beat the contents of the pan with a dipping blender. And what to do with chicken meat, you ask? There are 2 options. Option 1. Add pieces of meat to the broth before beating it with a blender and chop together with all the vegetables. Option 2. Cut chicken meat into cubes and add to the plate, pour mashed potatoes in the soup and decorate with chopped greens - you choose!
Recipe 4: Chicken and champignon soup in French
- Chicken fillet - 300 g;
- potatoes - 1 pc .;
- champignons - 200 g;
- Broccoli florets - 2 pcs .;
- small onion;
- cream 100 g or processed cheese - 2 tbsp. l .;
- dill, pepper and salt.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 4 pieces. Wash the chicken fillet and put it all in the pan. There we also send peeled small onion and broccoli florets. Fill with hot water and cook the soup over medium heat until all the products are ready. In the process of cooking periodically remove the resulting foam.
When all the products reach readiness, put the champignons in the pan, and continue cooking for another 20 minutes. Season the soup with pepper and salt. All the ingredients that have been boiled in the broth are moved to the blender bowl and pour half of the broth over them. Beat until creamy consistency.
In the pan, we still have the second half of the broth, in which we will dissolve cream or processed cheese. Bring to a boil. Now pour the contents of the blender bowl to the creamy broth, and let it boil. Grind the dill, add to the soup and remove from heat.
