Recipe 1. Potatoes with mayonnaise in the oven
Ingredients
five large potatoes;
salt;
two bulbs;

mayonnaise;

Method of preparation
1. Peel the potatoes, rinse well and cut into medium-sized slices. Bulbs clean from the husk and cut into half rings. We shift the vegetables in a deep bowl and mix.
2. Season vegetables with salt and freshly ground pepper. You can add spices for potatoes.
3. Fill the onion potatoes with mayonnaise and mix everything well. Grease a baking sheet with butter, put potato mass on it and smooth it. If you do not want to launder the pan for a long time, you can cover it with foil. 4. Send our mayonnaise potatoes to the oven, preheated to 180C. Periodically open and mix the potatoes.
5. When the potatoes are almost ready, open the oven, take out the pan and sprinkle the contents with grated cheese. As soon as the dish is covered with an appetizing crust, turn off the oven. Served as a side dish to fish or meat dishes.
Recipe 2. Potatoes with mayonnaise, meat and tomatoes in the oven
Ingredients
five large potato tubers;
vegetable oil - 30 ml;
five tomatoes;
a bunch of dill and parsley;
cheese - 100 g;
basil and dried italian herbs;
mixed minced meat - 300 g;
black pepper;
sea salt;
large onion;
garlic - four cloves.
Method of preparation
1. Remove peel from potato tubers, wash them thoroughly and boil until half cooked. Peel, rinse and finely chop the onion. Add the onion to the mince, pepper it, salt and thoroughly knead with your hands. Wash tomatoes, wipe with a napkin and cut into circles. Grind cheese on a fine grater.
2. Drain the water from the potatoes and cool it. Cut the vegetable into centimeter thick slices. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, grease the paper with oil and put on it chunks of potatoes. Silicone brush smear potatoes with oil. Pepper, salt and sprinkle with herbs.
3. Squeeze a small amount of mayonnaise onto each slice and put a little bit of garlic through the press. You can mix mayonnaise with garlic. Put a tomato circle on top of the mayonnaise. Do not put a spoonful of minced meat. Sprinkle everything with cheese shavings.
4. Send the mayonnaise potatoes to the oven for half an hour. Bake at 200C. Sprinkle the prepared dish with finely chopped greens. Serve as a separate dish with pickled vegetables.
Recipe 3. Potatoes with mayonnaise in the oven under a cheese-garlic crust
Ingredients
one and a half kilograms of potatoes (preferably the same size);
kitchen salt;
half a kilo of Dutch cheese;
vegetable oil;
mayonnaise - 60 ml;
two cloves of garlic.
Method of preparation
1. Wash the potatoes well with a stiff brush. Lightly dry the vegetable. Pan grease with butter. Each tuber is cut in half lengthwise and laid on a baking sheet cut up. Sprinkle with salt and send to the preheated oven for forty minutes. 2. Chopped cheese on a large segment grater. We shift it to deep dishes. Garlic clean from the husk and skip through the garlic press. Add mayonnaise, garlic to cheese and mix.

1. Fish thawed. Cut off the tail, head and fins. Separate the fillet from the ridge and wash well. Lightly dry them with napkins and remove small bones with tweezers. Cut fillet across small strips.
2. Bulbs clean, wash and shred half rings. We put onions and fish in a deep cup. Salt, pepper, mix and leave for half an hour.
3. Heat the oven. We remove the rind from the potato, wash it and cut it into not too thick sticks. Put the potatoes to the fish, add mayonnaise, salt and mix.
4. Lubricate the baking pan with butter and place the potatoes with fish in it. Level the surface. We put on the middle shelf of the oven and bake about an hour at 180C. We take out the form with the prepared dish. Sprinkle with chopped dill. Served as a separate dish with vegetable salad.
Recipe 5. Potatoes with mayonnaise and shrimps in the oven
Ingredients
two large potatoes;
allspice;
olive mayonnaise - 60 ml;
salt;
sour cream - 50 ml;
shallot;
lemon juice - 25 ml;
small boiled shrimps - 100 g;
garlic clove;
olive oil;
tomato paste - 30 ml.
Method of preparation
1. Heat the oven to 220C. Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a stiff brush, wipe them with napkins. Each tuber grease with olive oil. We spread on a baking sheet and put it on the upper level of the oven. We bake for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 190C and continue cooking for another 45 minutes. The potatoes should be soft inside and covered with a crispy crust on the outside. 2. In a cup, mix the mayonnaise with sour cream, lemon juice and tomato paste. Shallots and garlic are finely chopped and add to the sauce. Salt, pepper and mix. Pour the peeled and boiled shrimps with this sauce.
3. Remove the ready-made potatoes from the oven, cool and make a cross-cut. Putting the shrimp sauce inside, sprinkle with cheese chips and send to the oven for another ten minutes. Before serving, sprinkle potatoes with mayonnaise in the oven with finely chopped greens.

Ingredients
600 g potatoes;
sea salt;
500 g squid;
50 ml of corn oil;
300 g Dutch cheese;
250 ml of mayonnaise;

1. Carefully wash the potatoes and boil it right in the skin until done. Drain the water from the potatoes and cool it. We peel the vegetable and cut it into chunks.
2. Squids clean, wash and dip in boiling water for three minutes. Longer cooking is not worth it, otherwise it will become rubber. Cool the squids and cut them into rings.
3. Remove the husks from the onion, rinse and chop the rings. Cheese is ground into large chips.

Method of preparation
1. Peel the potatoes and wash them well. Boil the vegetable until tender.
2. Peel the onion, rinse and chop finely. Peel and chop the carrots in a blender. Put the pan on the fire, pour oil into it and heat it well. Put chopped onion in a frying pan and fry it until transparent. Add a carrot to it and continue cooking until golden. Then put the minced chicken to the vegetables and cook everything together, stirring continuously until the minced meat is completely cooked. 3. Dilute the flour in half a glass of water and pour the mixture into minced meat. Stir and simmer on low heat for five minutes. Remove the pan from the stove and cool the mixture.
