Method of preparation:

- milk - 0, 5 l;
- butter - 100 g;
- salt, seasonings - to taste;
- nutmeg - a pinch;
- vegetable oil - how much will leave;
- fresh greens - to taste.
Method of preparation:
- Rinse beef tenderloin in running water, pat dry with a kitchen towel. Cut into seams about 1 cm wide. Cover with cling film and repel it on one side. Then remove the film, turn the chops over, put the film back in place, beat off the meat on the other side.
- Salt and pepper each layer of beef to taste.
- Crush a clove of garlic with a special press.
- Melt butter in a pan, add garlic to it, fry it for a couple of minutes.
- Pour flour, stir vigorously.
- Pour the milk into the pan in a thin stream, constantly stirring the cooking sauce. Stir it so that no lumps remain. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, put the beef chops in it. Thickly pour them sauce, trying to distribute it evenly.

Composition:

Method of preparation:

- Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onion in it until it is golden brown.
- Put the onion in a clean plate. In the same pan, fry the beef chops on both sides, giving each side about 5 minutes.
- Grease the roaster and place chops in it.
- Cover chops with a layer of fried onions.
- Grease chops with sour cream, using half the amount indicated in the recipe.
- Wash the tomatoes, cut them into circles or semicircles if the fruits are large.
- Place them on top of meat and onions.
