Jam from oranges and lemons
You will need:
- oranges - 2 kg,
- lemons - 1, 5 kg + 4 pieces,
- sugar.
Preparation Method
- My citrus. Dry it. Without removing the peel, cut into small pieces. We remove the bones.
- Fill the oranges and lemons with water in a ratio of 1: 3. Leave for 12 hours.
- After the specified time, put the jam on the fire and boil for 20 minutes. After we clean for a day in a cool place.
- The next day we put in the freshly squeezed juice from 4 lemons and the same amount of sugar. Stir.
