  • strawberries - 0, 2 kg;
  • blackberry - 150 g;
  • blueberries - 100 g;
  • raspberry juice - 150 ml;
  • lemon juice - 30 ml;
  • milk or kefir - 60 ml;
  • sugar or honey - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • All types of berries are sorted, removing litter, twigs, sepals and spoiled berries. Raspberries need not take 200 grams, but more, as part of it will go to the preparation of raspberry juice. 150 ml of juice will take about one and a half cups of berries.
