When cooking, the breast, paradoxically, loses almost all of its juices, and when baked, it turns out very juicy and soft. Of course, if you do it right.


  • The oven not only gives the meat an appetizing crust, but also takes most of the moisture out of it. Therefore, you need to make sure that the breast has become more juicy. And this can be achieved by marinating. Marinade for chicken breast use any. It can be sour cream, mayonnaise, soy sauce, ketchup or tomato paste. Vinegar, which makes the meat softer, can be replaced with lemon juice, diluted in water, citric acid or wine. It splits muscular fibers of mustard meat well, therefore it is often used for marinating not only lamb or beef, but also chicken.
  • You want your breasts to be juicy - wrap them in foil before baking. With this package, the meat will be cooked in its own juice. And in order to get an appetizing crust, you need to open the foil with already prepared breasts and continue baking for another fifteen minutes.
  • Completed appearance of the dish gives the cheese. They sprinkle the dish at the very end of cooking. It melts, envelops the meat, adding delicate creamy notes to its taste.
  • Chicken breasts prepare very quickly. If they were pre-marinated, then after 20-25 minutes they can be removed from the oven. Moreover, long baking will make them less tasty.

  • chicken breasts - 2 pcs .;
  • soy sauce - 25 ml;
  • onions - 1 pc .;
  • vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) - 40 g;
  • sugar - 5 g;
  • salt;
  • ground paprika - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • sesame seeds - 1 tbsp. l

Method of preparation

  • Wash chicken breasts. If there is skin, remove it. Cut off the meat from the bone. Cut in portions.
  • Cut onion into thin half rings.
  • In a bowl, pour soy sauce and vegetable oil, put salt, sugar and paprika. Stir.
  • Fold the chopped breasts, onions, and pour the marinade into the enameled bowl. Stir so that the meat is covered on all sides. Cover with foil. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  • In the form with high sides, lay out the meat, cover it with pickled onions, pour the marinade. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place in an oven heated to 200 ° and bake for 25 minutes. Serve with any side dish.

  • honey - 1 dess. l .;

  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • coriander - 1 tsp;

Method of preparation

  • Wash chicken breasts, pat dry with paper towel. Free from skin, cut off the bone. You should have four identical elongated fillets.
  • Cook the marinade. To do this, mix in the bowl ready mustard, honey, butter, garlic and spices, passed through a press.
  • Pour the marinade over the breast, mix well. Cover with foil, clean in a cool place for 3-4 hours.

  • cheese - 200 g;
  • tomatoes - 2-3 pcs .;
  • salt;
  • black pepper to taste;

  • mayonnaise - 50 g;
  • Thyme - pinch.

Method of preparation

  • Wash chicken breasts (fillets) and blot with paper towel.
  • Place on a cutting board, cover with cling film. Slightly beat with a hammer so that the fillet is of the same thickness.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, thyme. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
  • Pour oil on the pan. Put in one breast layer.
  • Cut tomatoes into thin circles, lay on the meat. Brush with mayonnaise.
  • Grate the cheese, sprinkle the fillet generously.
  • Put the pan with breasts in the oven, bake for 25-30 minutes at 200 °. Serve immediately on the table, as the cooled cheese will become hard again.

  • carrots - 1 pc .;
  • potatoes - 3 pcs .;

  • sour cream - 100 g;
  • mustard - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • cheese - 150 g;
  • salt;
  • cumin - pinch;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;

Method of preparation

  • Wash and dry chicken breasts. Cut off the bone, leaving only the fillet.
  • Put them in a bowl, add sour cream, mustard, chopped garlic and spices (except cumin). Mix well. Put in the fridge for 3 hours.
  • Clean and wash vegetables. Cut potatoes and carrots into slices, chop onions into thin straws, cut tomatoes into slices.
  • Grease a baking tray with butter. Vegetables lay out layers. Put the potatoes first, then the carrots. Sprinkle with cumin. Put the onion in the next layer.
  • Place the breasts on the vegetables. Cover them with tomato slices. Sprinkle with oil.
  • Put in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • Take the baking tray out of the oven, sprinkle the breasts with grated cheese. Send to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.

  • Dab the washed breast with a paper towel, lightly rub with salt and sprinkle with pepper.
  • Cut the garlic into thin slices. In the meat, make deep punctures and put garlic in them.
  • Pour over soy sauce. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for two hours.
  • Drain from marinade.
  • Fry on both sides until light crust. The fire should be maximized, so it will take you no more than five minutes to roast.

  • Cut the onion into strips. Mushrooms chop cubes.
  • Fry onion in butter until golden brown, add mushrooms. Bring them almost to readiness, frying everything together for 10 minutes.
  • Cover the baking sheet with foil or parchment. Lay the breasts. On each piece of fillet, place onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Thanks to the spices and seasonings, even fresh meat of the breast becomes fragrant. In any of the recipes indicated the most suitable combination of spices.
