7. Put the hedgehogs in a deep form at a short distance from each other and pour them with sour cream sauce. Send form to medium level oven. Bake forty minutes at 180C. Sprinkle the ready dish with finely chopped greens and serve with a salad of fresh vegetables.

Recipe 2. Hedgehogs in sour cream with cheese

Ingredients

Beef - 800 g;

sunflower oil;

half a cup of rice;

fresh salad leaves;

sour cream 15% - 300 ml;

tomato paste - 30 g;

two large onions;

salt;

egg;

marjoram, black and red pepper and coriander;

cheese - 120 g;

fresh parsley and dill.

Method of preparation

1. Beef tenderloin, rinse well, peel off excess fat and films and cut into chunks. Twice through a meat grinder.
