How to cook

- Roast nuts, pour into a blender, add garlic and grind to a slurry or mashed potatoes.
- Onion peel, cut, fry in oil. You can leave it either too grind until smooth.

Ingredients
- 80 g chickpea;
- 1 avocado;
- 1 tbsp. l lemon juice;

How to cook
- Soak chickpeas and cook until absolute readiness. Either do all this with beans. Drain the water, leave a couple of spoonfuls of chickpea, grind the rest with a blender, do not add water.
- Cut the avocado around the perimeter, scroll in different directions, remove the bone. Choose the pulp, cut into pieces or just pull out, it all depends on the degree of maturity of the avocado.
- Shift the avocado to the chickpea, add salt and pepper, lemon juice, whisk until the paste is made.

A simple but very tasty snack made from boiled beans. It does not need to grind, which further saves time. There is a recipe for a similar salad, but fresh or pickled cucumbers are additionally introduced into it, you can try this option.

- 1 red onion;
- 1 yellow onion;
- 1 tbsp. beans;
- 8 g garlic;
- 1 bunch of greens;
- 0.5 tbsp. nuts;
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil;
- 0.5 tsp. hops suneli;
- 2 tsp. lemon juice.
How to cook
- We soak a glass of dry beans, change the water, put it on the stove, add the yellow onion and cook until ready. Drain the water, throw away the onions, cool the beans.
- Pour the nuts on the pan and dry them. Then we chop with a knife. You can use a blender, but not grind, let pieces remain.
- Squeeze garlic into oil, add hops-suneli, lemon juice and grind it all together.
- Chop finely greens. It can be dill, cilantro, parsley, choose to your taste. Pour into beans.
- Add nuts and garlic oil. Stir thoroughly, salt to your liking. We shift the snack in a bowl.
- Clear the red onion. Cut first in half, and then very thin semirings. We spread on top, serve a snack of beans to the table.
If there is no salad onion, then you can use the usual yellow head, but scald the half rings with boiling water, let the water drain, and then send for a snack.
Jewish snack of chickpeas or beans
Another version of the bean pate. If you cook from chickpeas, it turns out hummus. But out of the beans comes a great snack for all occasions. Mandatory ingredient - sesame.
Ingredients
- 300 g chickpeas or beans;
- 50 g white sesame;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- olive oil;

- salt and pepper.
How to cook
- Cook the soaked chickpeas (beans) until soft. Cool, immediately drain the water.
- Warm up the sesame with zira in the pan, send it to the blender, add garlic and three tablespoons of olive oil. Beat until smooth.
- Grind boiled chickpeas, add cooked pasta with sesame, pour in lemon juice and salt.
- Stir the snack carefully. If the consistency does not suit, add a little more olive oil.
- Put the snack in a common plate or in tartlets, grease toast, cracker. It is perfectly stored for several days in the refrigerator.
