Kurnik on margarine - the basic principles of cooking
The dough for kurnik on margarine allows you to get delicious and hearty pastries. Knead it on eggs, sour cream or kefir. Pie made from such dough is soft and long stays fresh.
The classic dough for kurnik on margarine is kneaded from eggs, margarine, flour and water. For this, margarine is removed from the fridge, cut into slices and left to make it soft. Flour sieved through a sieve and connect it with margarine. Hands rub everything up to the state of the crumbs. Eggs are hammered into the mixture and some cold water is added. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
Ready dough is desirable to send at least half an hour in the fridge, wrapping it with film.
The main ingredient of the filling is chicken. In addition, it adds vegetables, rice, eggs and other ingredients.
The cake is formed in layers, or the dough is made from the base, spread on it with a hill, covered with a second layer of dough on top and tightly trimmed edges. Top must make a hole into which the broth is poured, so that the cake does not turn out dry.
Recipe 1. Classic dough for chickenberries on margarine
Ingredients
flour - half a kilo;

cream margarine - 300 g;
drinking water - 20 ml;
two chicken eggs.
Method of preparation
1. Margarine advance in advance of the fridge. Cut it into pieces and place in a deep dish. Leave it to become soft.
2. Flour the flour through a sieve and mix with salt. Pour it into margarine and quickly rub it with your hands until a homogeneous small crumb.
3. In the resulting mixture, drive eggs and pour drinking water. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon, and then knead the dough with your hands until you get an elastic, uniform structure.

Ingredients
250 g cream margarine;
four stacks flour;
150 ml of homemade milk;
salt;

10 g of white sugar;
6 g of food soda;

Method of preparation
1. Sift the flour through a fine sieve. Add baking powder to it.
2. In a separate plate, combine the yolks with sugar, soda, soft margarine and sugar. Thoroughly rub all ingredients until smooth. Now pour in the milk and stir.
3. Continuing to stir, gradually add a mixture of flour and baking powder. Knead the dough with your hands. It should be elastic and not stick to the palms. Wrap the dough in plastic and place in the cold for 10 minutes.

4 g of food soda;

one egg;
salt;
100 g sour cream;
100 g margarine;
30 ml of milk.
Method of preparation
1. Break one egg in a cup. Stir thoroughly with a whisk or fork.
2. Add sour cream to the egg mixture, stir until smooth.
3. Margarine pre-remove from the refrigerator and leave it to become soft.
4. Pour the milk into the cream-egg mixture and mix. Now add soft margarine and pound all with a whisk until smooth. Add baking soda and salt. Stir.

Ingredients
Kefir 3.2% - a glass;
flour - 700 g;
cream margarine - 150 g;
white sugar - 35 g;

Ingredients
Half a kilo of dough on margarine;
pound of chicken fillet;
four onions;
four potato tubers.
Method of preparation 1. In one of the above recipes, knead the dough on margarine.
2. Wash chicken fillet, peel off films and excess fat. Cut the meat into small cubes and lay out in a deep plate. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and leave to marinate for half an hour.
3. We clean the potato tubers from the peel. Wash them and grind in small cubes. Onions clean and finely crumbled.
4. Separate two-thirds of the dough and roll out. We coat the form with margarine. We put into it a layer of dough and make high bumpers. Put potatoes on the bottom, lightly salt. On top of the potatoes lay shredded onions. Top put pieces of marinated chicken.
5. Roll out the remaining dough and cover them with the filling. Beautifully connect the edges and in the center make a small hole. Lubricate the surface with yolk. Turn on the oven at 180C. We put in it the form with a cake and bake 45 minutes. Approximately a quarter of an hour before the end of cooking, pour a little water or broth into the hole.
Recipe 7. Kurnik on Margarine with Mushrooms
Ingredients
dough on margarine.
Filling:
700 grams of chicken meat;
salt;
350 g fresh champignons;
parsley;
five boiled eggs;
a glass of rice.
Sauce:
50 grams of drained oil .;
yolks - two pcs .;
30 grams of flour;
1/2 stack cream;
two stacks chicken broth.
Method of preparation
1. Knead dough on margarine in one of the above recipes. Boil chicken on low heat until cooked. Then take the meat out of the broth, separate the fillets from the bones and cut it into pieces.
2. Melt the butter in a skillet, cool it and add flour and stir well. Pour in broth and mix until smooth. Add cream. We continue to stir, so that not a single lump remains. Put the saucepan on the pot of boiling water. Cook the sauce in a water bath, stirring with a whisk, until thick. Grind the yolks thoroughly with flour, add the sauce to them in a spoonful, rub each time carefully. Remove the sauce from the heat and, with continuous stirring, add the yolk mixture. 3. Fill the chicken sauce. My mushrooms and cut into cubes. Heat a spoonful of butter in a pan, spread mushrooms and simmer on medium heat for about ten minutes, stirring constantly. Dress with sauce and lightly salt.

6. Roll out the smaller part. Cover the cake with a layer of rolled dough and fasten the edges tightly. Surface baking grease yolk. In the middle we make a small hole. We bake Kornik for forty minutes at a temperature of 220C. As soon as the cake is reddened, remove it from the oven.
Kurnik on Margarine - Tips and Tricks
- For Britte dough, only high quality cream margarine.
- Before use, ready-made dough for kurnik on margarine should be placed in a cold place for at least half an hour.
- For the filling, you can use chicken breast, or the whole chicken, boil it and separate the fillets from the bones.
