The slow cooker cooks this soup an hour, but from this time in the kitchen you need to attend about 15 minutes in total.

I have to say, you can make soup with meatballs light, then couscous should be only 50 grams (two large spoons with the top).
You can make a real kulesh using the same recipe - the first and second at the same time, then you will need three times more couscous.
I had a mixture of couscous with dried tomatoes.
If you just have cereal, you can add tomato paste and sliced tomatoes to the meatball soup.
Method of preparation
Pour 2.5 liters of clean water and turn on the “soup” mode for an hour. Like this.
While the water is boiling (this is 10 minutes): peel the vegetables, cut small half of the onion.
Mix in a bowl: minced meat, egg, chopped half of onion, salt and pepper to taste. If you want to get a hearty soup, add semolina, ground oatmeal or rice to the minced meatballs.
The rule here is simple: cereal can not weigh more than 1/8 of the weight of pure meat. That is, for 400 grams of mince put no more than 50 grams of cereals.
I make pure meatballs, without cereals.
Peeled vegetables. The water was boiling. Sculpt the meatballs and throw them directly into the water. They will pop up in 5 minutes - it will be necessary to remove the foam.
Our meatballs have surfaced, we immediately remove the excess foam. Everything is cut: potatoes, carrots, the remaining onions.
Vegetables are loaded into the slow cooker. I do it at the same time: all at once.
You can fry the onions and carrots in sunflower oil, it will turn out “overcooking”.
I cook the soup as quickly and as useful (as you remember), so I will not fry anything.
5 minutes after boiling we fall asleep couscous.
Salt to taste (I get a teaspoon with a hill for this amount of soup), do not forget that the meatballs are already salted!
All stir and close.
It took 20 minutes. Multivarka squealed.
Let's wait 5-10 minutes (so as not to burn yourself) and open the lid.
