Such a smoothie will perfectly satisfy your hunger, saturate your body and give you strength and vitality. Cooking smoothies is easy and simple, especially if you have a special technique.
Smoothies can take to work, poured into a beautiful bottle, also, if you do not have time to eat, but you urgently need to run on business, you can drink a smoothie along the way. There are many options for making a smoothie; it is prepared from a wide variety of berries, fruits, vegetables and greens. Well, I suggest to start.

Ingredients:
- Melon - 300 g
- Grapefruit - 0.5 pcs.
- Apples - 2 pcs.
- Honey - to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Mineral water - 70 ml
Cooking Process
Prepare all the necessary ingredients on the list. Choose the most delicious melon, peel it, remove the seeds. Cut the melon into random pieces. For a smoothie, you can even take a not quite sweet melon; in the cooking process, just add more honey.
Peel half of grapefruit, cut all partitions in citrus, then cut grapefruit in small random pieces.
Peel a ripe sweet apple, remove the core. Apple cut into arbitrary slices.
Prepare a bottle for mixing smoothies, put grapefruit, apple and melon into it. Add a little favorite honey, orient the quantity to your taste.
Pour quite a bit of mineral water into the bottle, it can also be a favorite juice, only it should not be from shopping bags, but natural. Spin the bottle and rearrange it in a special blender.
