Lavash roll with melted cheese
In just 40 minutes you get a nutritious, tasty, presentable dish! So here we go.
Ingredients (for one roll)
1. Lavash - 2 flat cakes (1 pack)
2. Cream cheese - 5 pieces
3. Fresh cucumber - 2 pieces
4. Sprat - 1 Bank
5. Dill greens - a bunch
6. Mayonnaise - 2 spoons
Products on the table - let's start!
Immediately prepare all the fillings for pita. You and I will have two of them. One of melted cheese and sprat, the other - from cucumbers and greens.
Stuffing 1
The first thing to do is to put the melted cheese for 10 minutes in the freezer. It should be tight and tight, so it is easier to grate it, it does not crumble.
In the meantime, open a can of sprats, spread on a dish and gently with a fork, mash the fish directly with butter in mush.
The cheese is slightly frozen in the freezer for 10 minutes, we take it out and rub it on a fine grater.
Now you need to combine the cheese and sprats.
In a deep bowl, gently mix these two ingredients.
Add 2 spoons of mayonnaise, or sour cream.
We leave this stuffing “soak”. For now let's do the next one.
Stuffing 2
Washed fresh cucumbers rub on a coarse grater.
Rinse dill greens and chop finely. Combine the greens with the cucumbers and add some salt.
Salt quite a bit so that grated cucumbers do not begin to drain.
Both fillings are ready now.
We take pita bread, very gently unfold it, put one cake to the side, another - spread it smoothly, smooth it out with our hands and spread the filling on it (cucumber with greens). Before you lay out, look, did not give cucumbers juice.
If there is a little - drain it. The filling should not be liquid (otherwise it will smash the pita bread).
Done, well done!
Cover this layer with a second flat cake.
We spread on the pita next filling (cheese-sprat), gently spread with a fork or spatula over the whole cake.
Must be approximately the same thickness of the filling, do not forget about the edges of pita.
Almost all the processes are over.
It remains only to roll this “canvas” into a roll.
Tip: while twisting, very carefully hold the filling and pita bread with your hands. The main thing - not to burst the cake.
