This recipe will be a real find for those who love lemon baking. Due to the large amount of butter, the very tender biscuit dough is both moist and crumbly at the same time, and the slices of whole lemon give a very intense citrus aroma.
If you like the smell of lemon, but you want to reduce the acidity, add less lemon pulp, but also put the zest - it has a lot of essential oil, and it has almost no effect on the taste.
The recipe is suitable for ordinary ovens, and for the multicooker, but the multicooker will help to cook more fluffy and airy pastries. Slice the lemon pie after it cools.
Ingredients:
- flour - 180 g;
- sugar - 150 g;
- oil - 170 g;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- baking powder - 1 tsp;
- lemon - 1 piece.
Cooking
1. First, prepare the desired products. Measure out the specified amount of sugar and flour. We recommend to soften the oil in the microwave, then it will be easier to work with it.
2. Choose a container suitable for kneading dough and put butter and sugar there.
3. Well rub the ingredients with a fork.
4. Then we drive eggs into the oil-sugar mixture. It is better to drive them into another container, and then pour it so that the shell pieces are not accidentally caught.
5. Well, beat the mixture with a fork or a whisk.
6. Now mix the flour with baking powder. You can sift it through a sieve so that the cake is airy and lump-free. After that add it to the test.
7. Remove the skin from the lemon and cut it into small pieces.
8. Add it last and knead the dough well.
9. We grease the bowl of the multicooker with butter, heat it up and put the dough in it, gently smooth it over the whole container. Turn on the mode "Baking". The timer is set to about 50 minutes. Willingness is best checked with a match or toothpick, piercing the dough with it.
10. It is better not to take out the cake immediately, but to let it stand in the slow cooker for about 10 minutes.
11. Carefully remove the finished cake and spread on a dish. You can decorate it with powdered sugar, lemon slices or melted chocolate.
