Stews are very easy to prepare, moreover they are recommended in healthy food systems and are permitted in therapeutic diets. To cook delicious and nourishing hot chicken and vegetables, you will need a minimum of effort and only 10-15 minutes to prepare the dish.
Ingredients:
- chicken - 600 g;
- onions - 2-4 pcs .;
- large pepper - 1-2 pcs .;
- zucchini or zucchini - 1pc .;
- tomatoes - 2 pcs .;
- carrots (medium) - 1 pc .;

How to stew chicken with vegetables
1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. Chicken can be used any, fillet is not required.

5. Lay in the pan in layers, first onion, then tomatoes and zucchini.

10. It's time to chop the chicken. If you are cooking chicken fillet, then cutting it into small pieces is not necessary, 2-2, 5 cm is enough.
11. Add the chicken to the pan, on top of another diced tomato, sprinkle with spices and simmer for an hour.
