Recipe 1: Chicken Soup
Let's cook today with us cabbage soup with fresh cabbage and chicken meat. For this we need to prepare: chicken fillet - 400 g; carrot - 1 pc. salt and pepper - to taste, onions - 1 pc. and a little water - 2 liters. From these ingredients we will prepare the broth. For the soup, we need: white cabbage - 500 g; carrot - 1 pc .; peppercorns - 4-5 pcs. ground pepper and salt; bay leaf - 2 pcs .; red pepper - to taste;
onion - 1 pc .; potatoes - 4 pcs .; tomatoes - 3 pcs. and sunflower oil - 4 tbsp.
First we need to make chicken broth. Put chicken fillet into the pan, fill it with two liters of water. Bring to a boil and drain. Fill fresh water, and again put on the stove. While the water is not boiling, clean the carrots and onions, and send it to the pan, without cutting. Add salt to the broth and simmer for about 1 hour. Then skip the broth through a sieve into another pan, and again put on the stove.
Shred cabbage straws. Remove the peel from tomatoes and cut into cubes. Peel carrots, potatoes and onions - cut all the vegetables into strips.
Fry the onions in a skillet, add sugar and carrot to it and mix. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Send them sliced tomatoes, mix and remove from the stove after 2 minutes. Add potatoes to the broth pot. After boiling broth, add the shredded cabbage and fried onions with carrots and tomatoes. Season the soup with salt, black and red pepper. Add more peas and bay leaves. Cooking soup on medium heat until potatoes are ready. Send in a pan chopped chicken meat. Cover and turn off the fire. Hold under the lid for 20 minutes, after which we can pour into plates. Add grated garlic and chopped greens. In a saucepan, you can serve sour cream, and everyone can pour it into their own plate at will.
Recipe 2: Shchi with chicken (with bell pepper)
For this recipe, you need to prepare the following ingredients: chicken meat - 300-400 g; carrot - 1 pc .; Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .; tomatoes - 1 pc .; potatoes - 4 pcs .; onions - 1-2 pcs .; white cabbage - 300 g; a bunch of dill and parsley, pepper and salt, as well as sour cream.
Wash chicken meat and put it in a three-liter saucepan. Here we will send the peeled onion and fill it with water. Put the saucepan on the stove and cook on medium heat until the meat is completely cooked. It is recommended to remove the foam, which will periodically appear on the surface of the broth.
Clean the carrots and grate them. Bulgarian pepper and cabbage shred straws. Cut a diced carrot into cubes. Remove the cooked meat from the pan and put it on a plate - let it cool. We throw away the cooked onions, we will not need it anymore.
Now we put potatoes and cabbage into the broth and continue cooking. Pour oil into the pan. First, fry the onion on it, then add the grated carrot to it and we mix it all together for 3 minutes. Add the Bulgarian pepper and tomatoes and continue to simmer another 5 minutes. Ready vegetables will be sent to the pan and cook all together for 10-15 minutes.
Cooked chicken meat into cubes and then send it to the pan. Check the readiness of potatoes and cabbage.
