  • dry white wine - 100 ml;
  • butter - 30 g;

Method of preparation:

  • Wash chicken legs, dry them with paper napkins.
  • Mix dry herbs (chopped beforehand), salt and pepper.

  • Fold the legs of the chickens in a bowl, pour them with wine.
  • Leave to marinate in a cool place for an hour.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan.

Composition:

  • chicken drumsticks - 1 kg;
  • cheese - 100 g;
  • chicken eggs - 5 pcs .;
  • wheat flour - 0, 2 kg;
  • fresh dill - 50 g;
  • ground coriander, sesame, cumin - to taste;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - how much will leave.

Method of preparation:

  • Rinse the shins well and dry with a kitchen towel.
  • Wash, dry and finely chop fresh dill with a knife.
  • Mix dill with the other spices and salt.
  • Rub the legs on all sides with a spicy mixture, leave for 20 minutes.
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl, whisk.
  • While pouring flour, keep beating so that there are no lumps.
  • Add quite a bit of pepper and salt, stir well.
  • Finely rub the cheese. Put it in a batter, whisk well, so that the cheese is evenly distributed.
  • Pour oil into the pan, put it on fire. When the oil begins to boil, dip each leg in batter, put it in the pan.
  • Fry over medium heat, without closing the pan with a lid, for 10 minutes. During this time, the calf will need to be inverted several times (as the crust forms).

Put the chicken in the dish. Serve with a side dish of rice or potatoes. The drumsticks, fried in batter, harmonize well with the vegetable salad.

Fried chicken drumsticks with green peas

Composition:

  • chicken drumsticks - 0.5 kg;
  • soy sauce - 50 ml;
  • canned green peas - 50 g;
  • vegetable oil - how much will leave;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • lemon juice - 20 ml;
  • turmeric - a pinch;
  • sugar - a pinch;
  • salt and pepper mix - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Grate and dry chicken drumsticks with pepper and salt, leave for 20 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Put the legs and fry them, turning over, 10 minutes over medium heat without a lid.
  • Pour a quarter cup of water into the pan, cover with a lid. Simmer until water has evaporated. From time to time chicken legs should be turned over so that they are roasted evenly.
  • Add the soy sauce, diluted in half with water, stew the fried drumsticks for another 5 minutes.
  • Melt the butter in a clean pan. Add turmeric and sugar to it, stir it.
  • Put green peas in a pan with butter, then cook it on low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Pour lemon juice into a pan with peas. Stir.
  • Remove the green peas from the pan.
  • Arrange the drumsticks on plates, put some green peas on top.

Green peas do not replace garnish; in this recipe it plays the role of a sauce.

Chicken drumsticks can be braised with cream, vegetables, tomato sauce. Add these components after the legs are roasted on all sides until golden brown.

As a marinade for chicken drumsticks, you can use sour cream or mayonnaise. A good idea is to rub them with garlic.
