Patties are often associated with our grandmother. Perhaps the roots of this image - the grandmother, the old oven, hot cakes - that grandmothers always try to treat their grandchildren with something tasty, and before that the set of “goodies” was simple.
But in fact, all the grandmothers were once mothers and just young women, and they learned to cook pies in their youth. We also have no reason to wait for the grandchildren to learn how to bake patties, so we will cook them right now - fluffy, ruddy, stuffed with cabbage - just like grandma.
Cooking yeast dough only at first glance seems to be something complicated and mysterious, but in reality it is as simple a job as cooking other dishes.
