1. Checking the availability of all the above products, which will be required to create our roast.
2. Meat (we use pork, but also beef, lamb, and even chicken) is mine. Drain. Cut into pieces of medium size (not fine!).
3. We lay out in a cauldron with heated vegetable oil and simmer for a quarter of an hour.

5. We send him to the cauldron as soon as the meat starts to redden a little.
6. Cut the carrots into small straws.
7. Combine carrots with meat and onions. We continue to fry.

9. Put the pepper in a cauldron with meat, onions and carrots. Fry a couple of minutes.
10. Add tomato paste (if desired). Stir.
11. Pour in some water (it should only slightly cover the roasted vegetables and meat). Season with spices. Bring to a boil.
12. Cut potatoes into large pieces.
13. Shipment of potatoes into boiling broth. Stirring occasionally, stew until ready.
