Today I want to offer you to prepare a tasty and quick snack of pita, which, by the way, is suitable both as a breakfast and a snack, both kids and adults will like it.
Cooking time - 15 minutes
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- Lavash thin Armenian - 1 pc.
- Smoked sausage - 70 g
- Hard cheese - 80 g
- Tomatoes - 1 pc.
- Curd cheese - 2 tbsp. l
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l
Cooking Process
Prepare all the products on the list. Pita bread to choose thin, Armenian. For the filling, take your favorite sausage and the most delicious hard cheese. Cut the sausage into plates, do the same with the cheese. Take a large tomato, wash and dry, cut into slices.
Lavash is expanded and cut into small rectangles or squares. The size of all blanks should be the same.
Lubricate each pita cheese with cheese, if there is none, you can use melted cheese, optionally with spices and additives.
Place the first slices of sausage and cheese on the first pita bread. Spices and herbs, herbs, add to your taste.
Cover the sausage and cheese with a second sheet of pita. Put the tomatoes on top of the pita bread, then repeat the layers.
Cover the entire layer with a sheet of pita bread.
In a bowl, shake up a chicken egg with spices, you can add some flour. Roll the billet in the egg on both sides.
Fry pita bread in a lightly oiled frying pan, fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve ready pita immediately to the table while it is hot.
