  • Tastier, more tender and fragrant pork ribs, baked in the oven, come out, ate them pre-marinate. Usually, the marinade composition is indicated in the recipe of cooking a dish, but if not, the pork ribs can be marinated just like pork on a kebab: in beer, mineral water, mayonnaise, kefir.
  • More pork ribs will be obtained if they are baked in foil or culinary sleeve. However, in this case, there is no ruddy crust. This problem is in fact easily solved: before placing in a sleeve, the ribs can be fried in a frying pan or foil can be opened 20 minutes before the dish is ready.

Pork ribs with honey and mustard

Composition:

  • pork ribs (brisket) - 1 kg;
  • mustard - 40 ml;
  • honey - 20 ml;
  • salt, seasonings - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Rinse the brisket well under running warm water, remove excess fat and bone fragments. Drain the bacon with a paper towel and cut into pieces. Each piece should have two ribs.
  • Melt the honey and mix it with mustard. Add spices to taste. Coat the ribs and leave them for 3 hours in a cool place to marinate.
  • Salt the ribs and fold them into the culinary sleeve. Tie the sleeve on both sides. With a toothpick, make holes in the film for the steam to come out. Put on a baking sheet.
  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees, place the sleeve with ribs in it. Bake them for 40 minutes.

From the garnish, baked or stewed vegetables, especially potatoes or cabbage, are suitable for the ribs prepared according to this recipe. Serve them as an appetizer without side dish.

Pork ribs with garlic and ginger

Composition:

  • pork ribs - 1 kg;
  • onions - 0, 2 kg;
  • ginger root - 10 g;
  • garlic - 1 head;
  • soy sauce - 120 ml;
  • ketchup - 40 ml;
  • lemon - 0, 5 pcs .;
  • honey - 40 ml;
  • Provencal herbs - 5 g;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash ribs, divide into portions and pat dry with napkins.
  • Peel the onion, cut it into thin half-rings.
  • Peel and grate ginger root.
  • Skip garlic cloves through a special press.
  • Mix the ketchup, melted honey, soy sauce and juice squeezed from half a lemon into a liquid state.
  • Add onion rings, garlic, ginger and herbs to this mixture.
  • Marinate the pork ribs in the resulting sauce. Marinate them should be at least an hour.
  • Salt and pepper the ribs, remove them from the marinade.
  • Place the ribs in the baking sleeve, fasten it on both sides and make 3-4 small holes to allow steam to escape.
  • Place on a baking sheet, place it in a preheated 200 degree oven. After half an hour tear off the sleeve and continue cooking the dish for another 15 minutes.

According to this recipe, ribs can be made for beer, and not only for it. If you add to them a vegetable stew or cabbage soup, you get a full meal, hearty and delicious.

Pork ribs with vegetables in foil

Composition:

  • pork ribs - 0, 7 kg;
  • onions - 0, 5 kg;
  • tomatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • carrots - 0, 3 kg;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • mustard - 10 ml;
  • fresh parsley - 100 g;
  • dried basil - 5 g;
  • ground paprika - 5 g;
  • salt, black pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml.

Method of preparation:

  • Prepare ribs for baking by washing them and blotting them with napkins.
  • Lubricate the foil with oil and cover it with a baking dish. Mix the remaining oil with mustard, crushed with a special press garlic, paprika, basil, black pepper and salt. Grate the ribs with this mixture and marinate in the fridge for an hour.
  • Remove the onion from the onion, cut it into thin half rings.
  • Peel carrots, chop grated. It is best to do it on a grater designed for Korean snacks, but if this is not available, the usual one will do.
  • Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin circles with a very sharp knife.
  • Place the pickled ribs on the foil. Put onions on top of them, carrots on it. Topmost layer is put tomatoes. Pour all remaining marinade. Cover the dish with foil.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the form with ribs in it. Bake 50 minutes, 20 minutes until cooked, removing the top layer of foil.

A side dish for the pork ribs made according to this recipe will be the vegetables with which they are baked. Additionally, you can cook rice or mashed potatoes, although without this addition the dish will be delicious, beautiful and nutritious.

Pork ribs in foil

Composition:

  • pork ribs - 0, 6 kg;
  • vegetable oil - 30 ml;
  • spicy herbs, spice mixture, salt - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Prepare the ribs by cutting the bacon into fragments of 3 ribs each. Marinate them in beer or mineral water for an hour.
  • Lubricate the foil with oil. In each wrap a piece of brisket, pre-sprinkle it with a mixture of spices, spices and salt.
  • Pack the ribs in foil, put on a baking sheet.
  • Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Fifteen minutes before readiness, unfold the foil so that the ribs will turn red.

Composition:

  • breast with ribs - 1 kg;
  • olive oil - 50 ml;
  • cream - 100 ml;
  • mustard - 50 ml;
