Start cooking with pasta. Bring water to a boil, add salt and add pasta. Reduce a little gas and cook them until ready, as indicated on the package.

Bulbs cleaned and washed. Cut into cubes. Pepper is cleared of seeds and cut into cubes.

Pour oil on a hot skillet, add vegetables.

Fry the onion until golden brown, and the pepper will be almost ready by this time. Prepare stew - open the jar, remove the top layer of fat. Put the meat on a plate, and we don’t have to use broth in this dish. Add the stew, mix a little and fry all together for 5-10 minutes.

We drain water from pasta using a colander. If indicated in the instructions - wash them with boiling water. Add the pasta in the stuffing, and leave it under the lid for another 3-5 minutes.

Add pepper, try on salt, if necessary - add to taste. When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped greens.

Serving a dish extremely hot, warming up such a dish is not recommended. It is better to prepare a new batch next time.

You can add carrots and other vegetables for the season - eggplants, zucchini and even mushrooms.

Vegetable oil can be fully or partially replaced with butter. It tastes better to use both kinds of butter.

Often the recipe is supplemented with tomato paste or sauce, dried herbs, ground paprika, garlic pellets or fresh garlic, green onions, green basil.
