Dumpling soup is a quick, budget dish that can be easily prepared even by an aspiring hostess. Soup cook quickly, from a minimum of ingredients, the result will please not only adults but also children. Rinse pork thoroughly under cold, running water, cut into small cubes. Put the pork in the bottom of the pan and add water, put on medium heat. As soon as the water boils, foam appears, it must be removed, otherwise the broth will be cloudy.
Cut the peeled potatoes into medium-sized slices, add to the pan (15 minutes after the liquid boils and all the foam leaves). Potatoes stew on average 15-20 minutes. Salt to taste.
At this time, make a frying - finely chop the onion, grate carrots on a coarse grater. Fry vegetables on a small amount of vegetable oil. The main rule - do not overcook, because, in fact, zazharka "face" of the soup.
