It’s not easy to cook delicious potato soup - you have to make sure that the whole family eats it with pleasure. If you add delicious meatballs - then success is guaranteed. The meat component will make it tastier and more rich, which is especially important when you feed hungry men.
What kind of stuffing you will use is not very important. It is desirable to chop the meat itself, and that it was with layers of fat - so meatballs will be sticky and an egg will not be required. If you decide to cook poultry fillet, then you must put the egg in the stuffing and let it stand for a while.

- Pork and beef meat - 150 g
- Potatoes - 2 pcs.
- Onions - 1 small pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pc. average value;
- Refined vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l
- Greens - a couple of branches
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Peel and chop the potatoes
Prepare vegetables - clean and rinse. Onions cut into cubes of medium size. Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
Grind meat in a meat grinder 2 times, so it will be easier to form meatballs.
Pour oil into a hot pan, and pour onions. Fry it until light color changes on medium heat, pour carrots.
Fry, stirring until light yellow onions and carrots. It is important that the vegetables are not burnt - they will spoil the taste and type of soup.
Pour water into a convenient pot and set it on fire, wait until it boils. Use wet hands to form meatballs of the same size, slightly smaller than a walnut.
Salt water and put potatoes. Boil for 10-15 minutes.
Add fried vegetables and cook for 10 minutes.
Add meatballs and cook for 15 minutes at medium heat. By this time, potatoes and vegetables will also be ready.
Greens, tastier if it is a mixture - parsley, dill and green onions - washed and cut. Add to the soup and turn off the gas. Keep it under the lid for another 5-10 minutes. So the green will give its flavor, but will not lose the delicious green color.
Serve the soup exceptionally hot, calling the whole family to the table. Delicious fragrant soup will not leave anyone indifferent.
You can serve freshly baked bread to the soup, toast with a thin layer of butter, or with whole grain bread without yeast bread — something you like.
This soup is the basis - it is the most traditional, you can add different cereals or pasta.
It will be more useful with brown rice or good Italian pasta, and you can make homemade egg noodles - the soup will be even more satisfying.
