Chicken and dishes from it - perhaps the most common product in the kitchen, probably, any hostess. And this is not surprising: chicken meat is nutritious, but not very fat, it is easily digested. This product can be bought in almost any store, besides chicken meat is much cheaper than pork or beef.
Chicken dishes are found in cuisines of various countries and cultures, because it goes well with any vegetables, sauces and side dishes. I suggest cooking chicken, giving it a slight Asian touch. We will use soy sauce in the preparation of this dish. Let's start with preparing meat. Chicken thighs wash, dry with a paper napkin and remove skin from them and remove excess fat. In this dish, we do not need it, but do not rush to throw it away: chicken skin can be added to the stuffing when you cook the burgers.
Lightly grease a well-heated skillet with vegetable oil - corn, sunflower or olive.
Fill chicken meat with soy sauce, diluted in water. The water in the pan should not be much, we fry the meat, not stew. It is better to add soy sauce as needed.
Stew the chicken under a lid on medium heat for 20 minutes, turning it over periodically so that the thighs are cooked evenly on both sides. Salt the dish is not necessary in addition - this is the task for soy sauce, which will not allow the chicken to be fresh. If you really want a really Asian flavor, 5 minutes before the cooking runner, you can add a teaspoon of honey and chili ketchup to the pan. Let the meat on all sides be covered with this sauce.
Serve chicken thighs with fresh vegetables or any side dish of your choice. To make the dish look festively elegant, sprinkle it with sesame before serving.
