Rolls of pita as a snack appeared on our tables relatively recently, but have already gained popularity among hostesses.
First, lavash has fewer calories than bread, which means that snacks can be served in it even to those on a diet.
At the same time, a roll of lavash with mushrooms is quite a rich dish. Secondly, even a beginning hostess can cook such a snack, and the result will surpass all your expectations.

For the filling, you can use any mushrooms. These can be fresh or pickled champignons, mushrooms, milk mushrooms or oyster mushrooms.
The beauty of this snack is that you can show imagination and add any ingredients. The main thing is that they are combined with each other to taste. Boiled eggs, melted, hard or soft cream cheese, vegetables, chicken meat, etc. are put in the stuffing.

- Leave the prepared pita bread in the fridge for at least half an hour so that the appetizer is well soaked.
- To prevent the surface of lavash from becoming wilted, wrap the roll with food film.
- If there is a desire, you can hold the finished rolls a little on a hot frying pan, then the pita will be nice to crunch.
- Fry mushrooms must be completely cooled. If you put warm or hot stuffing on pita bread, thin pita bread will quickly soften and you will not be able to wrap it in a roll.
