  • Powder sweetener tablets, mix with bran.
  • Break the egg in a bowl, add salt, whisk it.

  • Bake 12-15 minutes depending on the size of the products.
  • Remove the baking tray from the oven. Let the cookies cool slightly, remove it from the mat and put it on a plate.

Crispy biscuits with flax seeds by Ducane

Composition:

  • oat bran - 60 g;
  • wheat bran - 45 g;
  • flax seeds - 5 g;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
  • water - 20 ml;
  • olive oil - 5 ml;
  • baking powder for the dough - a large pinch;
  • salt - at the tip of a knife;
  • sweetener - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Bran, well interpret or grind with a blender, a coffee grinder.
  • Beat the eggs, separating the yolks from the proteins. Only proteins are required.
  • Whip whites of whites, then add oil, water and salt to them, whisk again.
  • Chop the sweetener into powder, combine with bran. Add baking powder and flax seeds, mix.
  • Combine the protein mass with the dry mixture, leave for 15 minutes to make the bran swollen.
  • While wetting a teaspoon with cold water, place the dough on a baking sheet, after having put parchment paper on it. During baking, the cookies will increase in size, therefore it is necessary to leave a distance between them.

Composition:

  • chicken egg - 1 pc .;
  • oat bran - 100 g;
  • baking powder for dough - 5 g;
  • lemon peel - 5 g;
  • sweetener - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Curd the cottage cheese through a sieve or whisk with a blender.
  • Break an egg into the curd, rub it until the mass is homogeneous in consistency.
  • Dissolve the sugar substitute in a teaspoon of warm water, add to the curd mass, stir.
  • Separately, until flour, chop the bran, combine them with baking powder and lemon zest.
  • Pour the bran into a container with curd mass. Mix thoroughly.
  • Form walnut-sized balls of dough, flatten them, put on greased parchment or on a dry silicone mat.
  • Place a baking tray with cottage cheese dough preheated to 180 oven for 20 minutes.

Such cookies can be used at any stage of the Dukan diet, but in limited quantities. The exact portion size depends on how much bran you want to eat at a particular stage.

Ducan Non-Bran Cookies

Composition:

  • corn starch - 100 g;
  • chicken egg - 3 pcs .;
  • skimmed milk powder - 50 g;
  • sweetener to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Mix skimmed milk powder with starch.
  • Separate the whites from the yolks.
  • Add the yolks to the dry mixture, grind until smooth.
  • Add the sugar substitute, mix thoroughly.
  • Beat the whites in a dense foam, add to the dough, and stir gently.
  • Pour the silicone dough into a tablespoon of dough.
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Place the dough with a dough on a baking sheet, send it to the oven for 20 minutes.
