A simple recipe for ducane cheesecakes


  • oat bran - 50-80 g;

  • baking powder for dough - 5 g;
  • low-fat cottage cheese - 0, 2 kg;
  • sweetener - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Chop up bran to flour or a little larger.
  • Prepare a sweetener by diluting it with a minimum amount of water, if necessary.
  • Curd cheese through a sieve.
  • In a bowl of cottage cheese, break the eggs, mix thoroughly.
  • Add sweetener, stir again.
  • Mix two tablespoons of bran with baking powder, pour it into a container with curd. Mix thoroughly. If you think the dough is too thin, add more bran.
  • Spoon form cheesecakes, roll them in the remaining bran. Put on a dish suitable for use in a microwave oven.
  • Bake at maximum power for 7-8 minutes. If the cheesecakes turned out large and did not bake for the specified time, turn on the microwave for another 5 minutes.

Cheese cakes with bran in the oven


  • low-fat cottage cheese - 0, 2 kg;
  • egg yolks - 2 pcs .;
  • oat bran - 30-40 g;
  • vegetable oil - how much will it take to form lubrication;
  • stevia, cinnamon or vanillin - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Bran put in the bowl of the blender, chop.
  • Rub the curd through a sieve or work it out with a blender.
  • Beat the eggs, separating the yolks from the proteins.
  • Add the yolks to the curd. Pour cinnamon or vanilla (do not add both at the same time). Stir.
  • Add stevia diluted in boiling spoon, stir again.
  • Thicken the dough with ground bran. Form medium-sized cheesecakes.
  • Lubricate the form using a minimum amount of oil. Put the cheese cakes.
  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees, put the form in it. Bake cheese cakes for 20-30 minutes depending on their size.

  • Add the lemon zest to the curd, mash it thoroughly.
  • Break the eggs into the bowl with the curd, add the sweetener, mix to obtain a homogeneous composition.
  • Lubricate the cupcake mold with a thin layer of oil. Silicone tins do not need it.
  • Pour prepared curd mass into molds.
  • Place in an oven heated to 190 degrees for 20 minutes.

Cheesecakes according to this recipe are tender and fragrant, they are nice to eat even without sauce, but pouring yogurt with cottage cheese products still does not hurt.

Corn Starch Cheesecakes


  • low-fat cottage cheese - 0, 2 kg;
  • baking powder for the dough - a large pinch;
  • corn starch - 20 g;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc .;
  • stevia or other approved sweetener - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Prepare the sweetener by diluting it with liquid, if necessary.
  • Mix starch with baking powder.
  • Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add starch into it, add sweetener, mix thoroughly.
  • Add a raw egg. Stir until smooth.
  • Form small lozenges.
  • Put them on a multi-cooker rack designed for steaming. Before that, it can be greased with a small amount of oil.
  • At the bottom of the main multicooker container, pour a couple of multi-glasses of water (approximately 350 ml).
  • Turn the unit on in steam cooking mode for 15 minutes.

You can bake cheesecakes according to this recipe in the oven or fry in a frying pan using a minimum amount of butter.

Cheesecakes with berries


  • low-fat cottage cheese - 100 g;
  • fresh berries - 50 g;
  • oat bran - 30 g;
  • kefir - 40 ml;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc .;
  • salt - at the tip of a knife;
  • sweetener (optional) - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Add an egg to the cottage cheese, stir it thoroughly.
  • Grind the bran, add to the curd mass, mix again.
  • Add sweetener, mix.
  • Pour kefir, stir again.
  • Add berries, mix gently.
  • Put the dough in the cake pan and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.

In a similar way, cheesecakes with greens can be made. Berries are replaced with finely chopped dill or parsley. The sweetener is excluded from the composition, but you can put a little more salt. Cooking cheesecakes with greens, the dough can be made more dense, eliminating the kefir. Then cheesecakes can be baked not in tins, but on a baking sheet or cooked in any other way.

Cheesecakes with greens and berries are not suitable for nutrition at the stage of the diet called “Attack”, they can be introduced into the diet only from the stage “Alternation”.
