  • nonfat kefir - 100 ml;
  • onions - 50 g;

  • vegetable oil - as required.

Method of preparation:

  • Separate the chicken from the bones, peel off the skin, wash and dry with a napkin.
  • Cut the fillet into plates, repel them with a culinary hammer. As small as possible chop culinary knife.

Method of preparation:
