Dukan Cheesecake

The nutrition plan developed by Pierre Ducane for weight loss is very popular among our compatriots. They like the opportunity to lose weight, not giving up the use of desserts, even at the hard stage of the Dukanov diet. One of the allowed sweet dishes is cheesecake. This delicate cheese cake goes well with tea and coffee, suitable for breakfast or snack. Dukan cheesecake is low-calorie, when introduced into the diet in limited quantities, it is not able to spoil the shape.

Cooking Features

In order to properly prepare the cheesecake according to Dyukan, it is necessary to know the basic principles of the nutrition system developed by him.

  • The Dukan Diet is divided into 4 stages. The first one is “Attack,” the most stringent stage in which only protein products are allowed and one and a half tablespoons of oat bran is required per day. The second stage - “Alternation”, it involves the alternation of protein and protein-vegetable days. At this phase, bran is required to eat a little more (2 tablespoons per day), the use of cornstarch is allowed. In the third stage (“Fastening”), low-fat cheese, fruits and berries can be added to the diet. Everything is allowed later, but you need to arrange fasting days. Flour, sugar, fatty foods are prohibited at all stages of the Dukan diet. Vegetable oil is used in a minimum amount: they can grease the baking dish with a cloth or a cooking brush.
  • The basis of Dukan cheesecake is low-fat cottage cheese. Starting from the third stage, you can use soft cheese with fat content not higher than 15%. You can thicken the base or top layer with starch, bran, agar-agar, gelatin.
  • Instead of sugar, zero-calorie sweeteners are added to the dough and cream. Especially popular among supporters of Dukan are sweeteners such as Fitpard, stevia.
  • Ducane cheesecake can be coated with a thin layer of jelly. For its preparation, you can take coffee, tea (including karkade), lemon juice. For cooking cheesecake on the 3rd or 4th stages of the diet, you can use almost all the berry and fruit juices.

When choosing a cheesecake recipe, check the list of products allowed at that stage of the diet you are on. Calculate a portion based on how much bran, starch and other products that make up the cake, you can eat during the day.

Dukan Cheesecake for the Attack Stage

Composition:

  • oat bran - 50 g;
  • chicken egg - 4 pcs .;
  • low-fat cottage cheese - 0, 8 kg;
  • baking powder for dough - 5 g;
  • vanillin - 1 g;
  • karkade tea - 1 sachet;
  • water - 0, 25 l;
  • agar-agar - 5 g;
  • sweetener “Fitpard” (in powder) - 25 measuring spoons;
  • vegetable oil (optional) - to lubricate the form.

Method of preparation:

  • Bran chop with a coffee grinder or blender to a flour state.
  • Beat 2 eggs, separating yolks from proteins.
  • Spread the yolks with bran.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of boiled water and three scoops of Fitparad. Stir until smooth.
  • Whip the whites separately, carefully pour them into the dough.
  • Grease the form. If it is made of silicone, you can do without oil.
  • Put the dough into a form, flatten with a spoon.
  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees, put the form in it with the dough for 20 minutes.
  • While the cake is being baked, prepare the filling by combining the curd, 19 measuring spoons of sweetener, vanillin and eggs, whipping them until a homogeneous mass.
  • Put the curd mass on the cake, return the form to the oven for 30-40 minutes. Bake until done.
  • Fill the agar-agar with the remaining water, add the sweetener and tea bag.
  • Heat in a water bath until the composition thickens and becomes bright in color.
  • Remove the bag, cover the cheesecake with pink jelly.

The finished cheesecake should be stored in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours. Only after that it can be removed from the mold, cut and eat a piece of suitable size. The cake made according to this recipe is allowed to be consumed at any stage of the Dukan diet.

Dukan cheesecake in the microwave for the “Alternation” stage

Composition:

  • chicken egg - 5 pcs .;
  • soft low-fat cottage cheese - 100 g;
  • lemon juice - 40 ml;
  • corn starch - 60 g;
  • sweetener - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Break the egg, separating the yolks from the proteins. Squirrels will require everything, yolks need only two.
  • Spread the yolks with starch, add lemon juice, mix well.
  • Chop a sweetener to a powder or dilute with a teaspoon of water. Add to other products, mix.
  • Beat the curd.
  • Separately whisk the whites.
  • Combine cottage cheese with proteins, mix.
  • Add the cooked dough to the protein-curd mass, mix.
  • Fill the prepared silicone dough. Put it in the microwave.
  • Turn on the stove, setting the maximum power for 15 minutes. If the microwave oven is old and has low power, baking time will have to be increased by 5-10 minutes.

A gentle lemon-flavored cheesecake made according to the above recipe can be eaten starting from the “Alternating” stage.

Cheesecake “New York” for the “Fixing” stage

Composition:

  • oat bran - 30 g;
  • chicken egg - 5 pcs .;
  • wheat bran - 15 g;
  • soft low-fat cottage cheese - 0, 3 kg;
  • Philadelphia cheese with fat content of 3% - 70 g;
  • corn starch - 90 g;
  • lemon - 1 pc .;
  • sweetener - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Chop up bran to flour consistency, mix with two eggs, three tablespoons of soft cottage cheese, a small amount of sugar substitute.
  • Put the dough in the form, smooth it, put it in a preheated 180 degree oven.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Divide the remaining eggs into whites and yolks.
  • Pound one yolk with cottage cheese. The remaining yolks are not required.
  • Add soft cheese to cottage cheese, beat with a mixer.
  • Rub lemon zest from a lemon, squeeze juice from it.
  • Add a spoonful of lemon juice, sweetener and lemon zest to the cheese curd, mix thoroughly.
  • Add 60 g of starch, mix again.
  • Separately whisk the egg whites, add to the curd mass, gently mix with a spoon.
  • Put the mass on the cake. Bake the cheesecake in the oven at the same temperature for another 35-40 minutes.
  • Mix lemon juice with sweetener and remaining starch, heat for 5-7 minutes in a microwave.
  • Cover the pie with lemon jelly, put it in the fridge.

If the cheese in the recipe is replaced with cottage cheese, the cheesecake according to this recipe can be made from the second stage of the diet, but its taste will change somewhat.

If you like cheesecake, then you should not abandon it for a diet. The diet plan for weight loss proposed by Dr. Ducan allows for the use of this dessert. True, to cook a cheesecake according to Dyukan is necessary according to special recipes.
